We went with Edri for our kitchen renovation, which included removing a load bearing wall and installing a beam and two posts.

The kitchen looks great, Idan and the team operated with professionalism and good communication. They got the job done at a good pace, and were kind enough to come back about 3 months later and install a toe kick that the manufacturer had not included originally.

David and the entire Edri team were great during the whole process. We set out with a plan and they were able to make it happen for us! They turned our jungle of a backyard into a peaceful oasis, our 1990s powder room into the present, and our living/dining/kitchen space with an absurd number of walls into an open and beautiful concept with a very logical flow. David was our Project Lead and is family to us now. To add stress during a renovation, we decided to live in the house with our 2-year old and another on the way. David made this possible and his team was clean and respectful of the house each and every day. We then had our child earlier than anyone could plan for, in the middle of construction, and David continued to step up and make our lives stress-free while everything was going on. All in all, they are great. The craftsmanship was top notch and they were more than happy to adjust to our crazy and frequent changes along the way. They treat you like family and the work speaks for itself. We can't wait to work with Edri again on our next project!

A friend of ours who is an architect recommended Edri to us and we are so glad she did. Edri completed our kitchen/living/dining room, powder room, and back yard renovation and did a fabulous job! David was our project manager and he is the best. Our project was structurally complex and involved knocking down multiple walls, but Edri knew exactly how to approach this and it was clear they were experts at executing structural work in San Francisco homes. We actually lived in our home during the renovation and they were so considerate and accommodating of that, always cleaning up and keeping things livable for us. I will admit to being so picky with a million questions and the Edri team always answered all of my questions/made sure we were completely satisfied with everything. They're fabulous and we would recommend them to anyone and everyone in a heartbeat. We actually hope to do a bit more work on our house and are already looking forward to working with them again.

We were introduced to Edri Construction, specifically Eitay, through a mutual friend and couldn't be happier that we chose to work with them. We did a full kitchen remodel and ended up replacing flooring in the entire house. They held our hands through the entire process from layout and design, (which we changed a couple times before making a final decision), choosing appliances, materials, etc. and kept us within our budget. They were very professional, open with communication, responsive and respectful of our home and space. We lived in our home during construction with two dogs and a cat, by the time our project was complete, I think our dogs looked forward to seeing Eitay and Edgar more than us. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of our new kitchen and floor.

Do not use this company! Individual arrived and started with all the areas In my condo that would not pass SF Citi my inspection. Advised him that my building was less than twenty plus years and he continued to point out areas. I felt like he was trying to gauge and inflate the quotation and this was after four other contractors advised against his advise!! Be very careful with this company.

Thanks for your clarification. However, myself and my HOA definitely are not Interested in cutting any corners and following not only city Inspections guidelines. My concern was this Individual took the liberty to start calling out other ideas / plans that seemed very inappropriate and did not apply to a walk-in shower only Install. My Impression was to expand the plans of my project which is not something I am Interested in doing. Thanks for the comments.

We hired Edri to renovate a condo for sale. Their work was to the highest standard. The craftsmanship was excellent. The job was finished much sooner than I was expecting. Our Project Manager, Isaac, kept us up to date on the progress and was very responsive to both our minor changes and the final punch list. I would highly recommend Edri and Isaac to anyone needing construction work.

We hired Edri to do a complete remodel of our Primary Bathroom with one catch: I was 6.5 months pregnant with twins and we needed it done before I gave birth. Edri said they could handle it and we're true to their word. Someone was there, moving things forward, nearly every day. We even made some last minute additions to the plans (heated floor and towel rack) and they were able to accommodate us and still finish before the deadline.

I didn't love their design person's communication style, but found out that person is no longer with the company, so I sense it wasn't a fit with their very transparent approach.

The team at Edri did a full interior remodel of our 3BD/3BA 2,000 sq ft home last year. We worked closely with Isaac, our project lead, on detailed plans for the remodel. Isaac had many helpful suggestions on how to further improve our design ideas and make our space truly more usable.

Isaac kept this complex project on-track and on-time (even when we hit issues with the materials supply chain), and we are delighted with the finished result!

It was such a great experience that we are actually going to be working with Edri again on our next big project: redoing multiple exterior decks. Our relationship with Isaac and the Edri team is much more than a business one, we have all become good friends in the process. We look forward to doing more projects together in the future.

I hired Edri Construction shortly after buying my house to do a complete bathroom renovation, new roof, all new windows, electric and some miscellaneous other things. Issac was my project lead. Overall I had a really good experience. Below are some highlights and things they could work on.
Positives: very responsive, quick to get a quote, the permit process took the expected amount of time, the project finished within the estimated time frame, any issues that arised were promptly taken care of.
One of Issac's favorite sayings was ""I'll take care of it"". They are a company that really cares about the work they do, so if you aren't satisfied they will fix it/if an error is made they own up to it. The finished product came out great.

Things to improve: better communication in terms of extra costs for things: the reno came in way over budget, when quoting pricing, finished materials may not be included in the estimate but there should be a conversation at the start for how much finished materials that will be provided by the contractor (like a glass shower door) will cost. And when you provide a quote for the roof replacement you should do a thorough inspection beforehand so the price does not increase by $10000 when it is discovered the plywood needs to be replaced. The main issue,however was lack of oversight, I liked Issac but oversight was lacking. Each homeowner is different but I like detailed updates and to know that the work being done is being inspected for quality at all phases of completion. My main issue was the window install; they hired a company to put in the windows and on install day there was no oversight. The windows were poorly installed and had I not been there on that day to take pictures before everything was covered with tacky plastic strips, I don't think it would have been addressed. Another example was I asked if all of the knob and tube electric wiring was removed, I was told yes but when I went to look it was still there in multiple places.

All that to say, I think this is a solid company that cares about customer service. Some things could have been done better along the way but the final product was good.

We came across Edri Construction through a web search, and we feel really lucky to have stumbled on such a great team. David was our project lead. We completely remodeled our master bathroom and partially remodeled our kitchen, and we're thrilled with the results. David and his team work like a well-oiled machine, but they are also warm like family. They were extremely responsive, creative when issues arose, but kept us closely informed of everything. We lived in the space while they worked, which is always difficult but they made the daily process very smooth. We highly recommend Edri construction and David, and will certainly reach out to them first for any future projects.
