I'm amending my review of EDIFICIUM CONSTRUCTION LLC. 8811 Highway A1A, Vero Beach, FL 32963. They installed a new roof in February, 2019. The gutters were loosened and put back when the job was completed. Some of the gutter corners now have serious leaks. I have been told several times someone would be there but there was always an excuse why no one showed up. The last communication I received was August 4, 2019, where I was told to ""stop bothering my men"" and again stating someone would come to see and fix the problem. As of today, October, 14, 2019 I'm still waiting. They just don't follow up to make necessary repairs.

I am not usually inclined to review those whom I have paid to perform work as agreed to in their proposal. However, in the case of Edificium Construction, an exception to that rule is certainly warranted. In both my Corporate and private life I have been responsible for hiring reputable companies to perform specific work and I can honestly say that this company exceeded my expectations in both the quality of the work performed, (roof replacement), and the associated cost. Their proposal was the least expensive of four i solicited , by far. As a matter of fact the Labor Cost alone in one proposal was more than the cost of the entire project performed by Edificium with a better Warrantee/Guarantee. The work ethic of the four workers was exceptional. I highly recommend this Company for any such construction project.
