Edge Roofing is the best roofing company that I have ever used. It was run like a military operation (in a good way!). Every step of the way, they lived up to their promises. They made sure that I was happy before they asked for a penny.

I'm a former Contractor and an insurance adjuster. I know roofs and have dealt with dozens of roofing contractors. Their quality, service and commitment is unparalleled.

Ask for Jordan when you call. He's the best!

We were very disappointed with the customer service and communication from Edge Roofing and Jessie !! First , a bunch of guys show up at my house in unmarked trucks , no call from Jessie to let me know when they were scheduled to come , much less who was coming! So, I called Jesse and he said they were sub-contractors that would do repairs.. I was under the impression that ""Edge Roofing "" would be doing our repairs.. Secondly, they spilled paint on our driveway and tried to wipe it up ( unsuccessful ) but didn't say anything about it before they left!! I had asked the main roofer to leave MY paint cans when they finished for future painting needs .. Needless to say they didn't so I texted Jesse that evening to please call me the next day.. crickets... no call, no text until it was time to collect payment .. There was absolutely NO follow-up from them on our satisfaction and work! We hope that the all the repairs were made correctly that we paid for .. guess time will tell! VERY DISAPPOINTED with the entire experience and will not recommend Edge Roofing to my friends and family!

Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness
The job itself went fine. However, they left debris in my yard and did significant damage to both my home and the newly painted exterior. They caved in my roof and the repair was not great. The damage they did to my exterior paint while climbing up and down the ladders to the roof was extensive. I gave Charles Finch the full amount owed and he said someone would come and repair the damage. Lesson learned once again never to pay in full until everything is complete. Charles Finch said he moved it up chain of command and that he was not in control of / if they send the painter to repair. NEVER CAME!!!! I would look elsewhere to get your roof done and I would NOT use Charles Finch!

We have a small leak in roof, it has been raining for weeks. I made an appointment online for the same day and they responded immediately and arrived on time. Since it is still raining, the guys crawled into attic, found the leak and know what needs to done. Now we have to wait for a dry day so they can get on the roof and fix it. I was impressed at how helpful and professional they were. Looking forward to a dry day to complete the job!

Charles with Edge roofing was absolutely awesome today. He came to check out a leak in our roof. It ended up coming from a nail that had came out. He fixed it that day as well as checked the rest of our roof for issues. We will definitely use this company again.

I just got a new roof from Edge Roofing. The experience and workmanship are outstanding! Tom Pierce has impeccable customer skills and a heart for Christ, which shows in his professionalism and team. I love my new roof! What a beautiful upgrade to my home. The quote process, insurance handling and timing are hassle-free and second-to-none. Then this team comes in and removes the old roofing and puts on a new roof in a day. They were like a well-oiled machine from the time I met with Tom until my roof was complete. Truly fantastic to deal with! Do yourself a favor, skip the others and go directly to this company.
