Owner is really pleasant and manages great rates but overall quality. Owner sent an excellent
Employee to check on my roof and honestly I'm pleased to say Edge roofing employee Jesus explained and worked accordingly. Until this date my roof still in good condition and no problem at all.
Definitely ask for employee Jesus and Owner for best service ... looking forward to get my business roof replaced by Edge Roofing

The worst company, take my advice and go with someone else. Garland (worker) is the rudest person, he clearly hates his job. This company is dishonest and lazy. They stated they had finish the work but didn't work on it at all when I went to see it.

This company is a sham. Had a roofing leak and called them to come out, to take a look and identify the leak and check the rest of the roof. Met the guy at the house, I pointed out where the roof was leaking inside prior to him going on top of the roof. he quoted me to coat the roof and repair the leak. I hired him to do the work. 1st rain and the roof continued to leak and damaged new floors in the house. Called to tell them that they had just done the house 6 months before and owner questioned that they had even done the work! After I clarified, he said he was too busy to come out and would have to let me know. 2 + months go by, I called a couple times as a reminder and got huge attitude like how dare I keep calling to schedule the roof repair UNDER WARRANTEE. Your best bet is to never use this company. Has second rate workers and they do not stand behind their warrantee they offer. They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lawsuit....look elsewhere.

Just bought a property that had work done by Edge Roofing a few years back. The warranty is good for 20 years, and there was issues with the roof found by building inspector. When I called Edge Roofing, at first they tried to tell me someone else had been doing work under their name. When I emailed them the receipt, he didn't want to come look at the work. He sent someone and then told me that he won't fix anything until the roof leaks. I pointed out all the issues that the building inspector found, but again, he refuses to fix anything until the roof leaks. Who does that? Someone who doesn't want my business ever!!

We bought our house a few years back. A few years before we bought it a new roof was installed. I never thought anything of it until I had some electrical work done that required a permit. My electrician told me the city will not open a new permit until the roofing permit is closed. What roofing permit I thought? The name and address on the roofing permit that was pulled and never closed was Edge Roofing.

When I contacted Edge Roofing they of course told me ""I'm sorry our records don't go back that far"". They also said ""how do we know it was us that even did the roof"" (I called the city and no other permits for a roof exist). She even told me ""maybe someone else opened the permit in our name"". Really? I guess Edge Roofing does not want to help, even tho its 99% likely that they were the ones that did the roof. Of course it's possible they opened the permit, never did the work, and then the roof was put on by another company that never got a permit...but likely it was Edge Roofing, who pulled the permit, did the job, got paid, and decided to move on without properly closing the permit.

So now I'm out $200 to have the permits closed.
