A windstorm caused a tree limb to crash through the roof. Quintin Roofing replaced the roof and also fixed the flashing around the chimney that had been improperly installed by a previous roofer. They did an excellent job so I had them reroof a rental home. When that roof had been replaced 10 years earlier, the roofers set their nail guns so high that it drove hundreds of little holes into the flashing which then caused little leaks all over the ceiling of the house. It also caused a lot of rotted wood that had to be replaced. Quintin Roofing located all of the damage and replaced the rotted wood. They did the work quickly and efficiently and for a reasonable price on both homes. I always recommend Quintin Roofing to others.

Don't know if the roof is any good. But they finished and did a terrible job cleaning up. I picked up over 25 nails from my driveway alone, pretty unacceptable

Do not under any circumstances use this service! Edgar Quintin totally screwed up a very small job on a flat roof that serves as a second-floor deck. He put down a painted sealant over the flooring without taping the base of the walls, so now I have splotches of paint on my deck walls. His response: We are not painters (laughing)! The floor looks like the bottom of a kiddie pool. It's wrinkled and shows foot and shoe prints. What a disgusting piece of crap. He promised, PROMISED profusely to correct everything but never did. Thankfully I didn't pay him, but now I have to find another contractor to fix all the problems he created. He doesn't even deserve 1 STAR.

I'd leave them no stars if that were an option. I have nothing to say regarding the quality of their roofs but as for customer service, I'm appalled. Not only are there two gaping holes in the ceiling of our living room letting out all of our air conditioning, but they parked their large company truck in my parking spot rendering me no where to park. This neighborhood is extremely tight on parking, limiting residents to 2 spots without any option for guest parking while the HOA bans us from parking on the grass. The laborers standing on the roof told me to park somewhere else and began bantering in a foreign language while moving off the roof, towards me. They then sat in front of my car and stared me down as I sat in it trying to decide what my next step would be, while still bantering. Literally RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY WINDOW. So I called the company and the OWNER, Edward Quintin, basically told me to deal with it because he isn't coming back from Kissimmee to move the multi axle dump truck looking vehicle until he came out the following day. He said this to me in just about the rudest way possible. When I made it inside I found that the laborers removed the covering over the skylights and left them uncovered, thus exposing our home all day while working. I stepped in to find a pool of plaster in the living room. They sent us a notice regarding loud noises and the possibility of hanging items getting knocked off of the walls but did not mention circumstances such as these. The laborers were rude to me while I walked towards the front door and as a very young woman living with another very young woman in a home exposed to these men, I feel extremely uncomfortable. The owner should hire someone to work HR because the way he handled my concerns were far from professional.
