After another roofing company fell through due to miscommunication, EDCA came to the rescue and was able to work with us on transferring the permit and starting quickly. Our roof needed a complete new plywood base and they understood that and quoted a competitive price out of the 15 quotes I got. I appreciated the knowledge that was passed along when questions arose and I could tell they wanted to do the job the correct way. After final inspection and a walkthrough ourselves, they came out a second time to address any concerns and small imperfections that were found. I had a relatively small project (sealing up some eaves so birds would stop nesting in there) and EDCA did a great job. They were responsive, quoted a great price, communicated to confirm the appointment and sent a reminder the day before. They showed up on time, got the work done and even matched the paint of the mesh they installed to the house. Payment was easy and hopefully there are no more birds nesting there next year.

(I like birds but the bird droppings in the eaves and running down the inside of the eave walls were a problem)
