Initially we had a reroof done on our house and a solar vent installed about 5 years ago. Last year Senez fixed a transition from the roof to our screen porch that had been leaking. Recently they came out and removed an old satellite dish and patched the roof where it was. You can't even tell what's new and what was done previously. I highly recommend Senez for all your roofing needs, and Glen has always been a pleasure to work with. He is professional and timely.

I used the aluminum company several years ago for siding and windows so when we needed to replace out roof, Senez Roofing was our first call. They did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with the final result. Our roof looks great and they cleaned up all of the debris. I highly recommend!

I was referred to the by 2 close friends I trust. Had an appt scheduled between 9am to noon by 11:30am no show so I called and was told no one was coming due to balance. Well I just closed on the house so I have no balance. They did not call or reach out just had me waste 31/2 hours of moving time. They got someone out by noon to due measurements for screen in porch. He said we'll contact you with est Mon/Tues. Well its Weds, so 1st impressions are everything. This company does not want my business so I will find another company who does.

Horrible customer service . From the receptionist to the bidder.. roofing installed were shingles I found after that they used cheapest shingles available

Very Unsatisfied. I hired Senez roofing on 2/28/18 to replace my roof on my house, shed & barn. I sent them a deposit on 3/5/18 and paid them the remaining $$$$ the week of the job being complete. The job was to be done on 5/26/18. On 6/8/18 found out from my property management company that Senez only did the roof on the house. They cashed my FULL check on 5/29/18 so needless to say I was very frustrated. I called them and spoke to Neidy, she said ""they must have forgot"" Ok so she gives me a date of 6/9/18 that the shed & barn will be done. So I followed up again with my property management company to make sure the shed & barn were completed on 6/9. I received photos that the work was finally completed ....... along with photos from the roofers leaving a bunch of materials at the house. They left nails, roof shingles's, a bucket filled with god knows what and other stuff strewed around. Again I called the office and spoke with Neidy and asked WHY ? would they leave this all behind on the property. Her response was ""they must have forgot"" it there. I don't know but I live in NY and this would definitely be unacceptable so this is why I'm writing a review. I would highly suggest getting your job done by someone else more on the professional level. Your choice.

These folks are awesome! I called them because I thought I had several big leaks in my roof, and would need a whole new one. They sent someone out, and after doing a thorough inspection, he was able to determine that the roof wasn't the problem. I'm so thankful for his honesty!! How many companies can you truly trust? When I do need a new roof, these are the people I'm calling!

I have been dealing with Senez Roofing for the past 16 years. Their prices have been fair, and their work excellent. They were the only roofing company I would ever call, and I know several friends and family members who have used them because of my recommendation. Over the past few years, however, the company has deteriorated. In March I contacted them to repair a roof on a rental property. A month later, I was notified that the roof still leaked. Their communication is extremely poor. I was told that someone would go out to the property and fix the problems. No one ever went out, and the problems were not fixed. No one ever called to update the status of the work. My property manager called to let me know about the leak, and arranged to have a tarp put on the roof (costing me money). today I was told that the temporary tarp repair is failing and now it is turning into an emergency situation. to add insult to injury, the repairs that I made to the interior of the house (trusting that the roof was fixed) now have to be done again. I am out $1000 for the additional work (tarp and interior repairs), and now I have to call another company to repair the roof. I liked having a roofing company that I could depend on. That used to be Senez Roofing. Update: we are now trying to resolve this situation. The reason that I am continuing to want to work with the company is because of my past positive experiences. I am hopeful that we can get this situation straightened out and I can give them the 5 stars that they earned during the first 15 years that I've dealt with them.

We were 100% delighted, pleased and impressed with the roofs that we had installed with Senez Roofing back a few years ago. They were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. On the down side we are terribly disappointed that after calling repeatedly for the past two weeks to resolve a leak that we have found they do not follow through with communication nor has anyone come to check and evaluate the leak. BTW we had metal roofs installed on our older home and garage. Currently I am reticent to recommend them to anyone because of theri lack of follow through.
