I called and scheduled an appointment with Ecosmart Development & Construction to have our roof inspected just to ensure everything looked good and no repairs are needed. Elija showed up on time and did our inspection. He was genuine and didn't try and sell us something we didn't need (which is unheard of these days). If you are looking for an honest company that won't try and pull the wool over your eyes, call them!

This is a review regarding one of the contractors that came to my house to get an estimate done. I didn't catch his name, but I called the company and asked for it, and I believe his name is Matan. The first thing he says to me after I described the project, he says, and I quote, ""You should get more things done because I need to make money, you understand?"" When he said that I was immediately turned off, and my red flags went up. Throughout our meeting he just kept pointing out things I needed to do to my house, and I felt like he wasn't listening. I had to be stern, and let him know I understand, but I just want my specific projects done, so please give me an estimate. After he makes his measurements on my property, I was ready to discuss, but he just rudely tells me he will send me a quote, and leaves. I felt like he was very condescending during our talk, and was upset that I didn't want to do what HE wanted. After he leaves, he texts me an extremely high cost, which was a slap in the face. He was so unbelievably rude that I called Ecosmart to let them know about him and what happened, and the person on the other line apologized on his behalf, and the owner's wife called and apologized as well. I definitely appreciated that, and she even offered to have another contractor come in to discuss the project. That was very nice of them, and those type of gestures make me realize they really care about their business and reputation, but I have to leave this 1-star review for how I was treated by their employee today. It is unacceptable.

We had exterior wall damage due to a plumbing repair inside the wall of our home. Ecosmart was one of the few contractors who actually came to our home to see the damage and provide an estimate. Ecosmart reconstructed the wall as requested and added exterior siding to match the existing siding. They also completed additional wood repair to other areas of my home. Erwin was assigned to complete the repairs. He was friendly and professional. We are satisfied with the work completed and would recommend Ecosmart for any job needed.

Ecosmart Development & Construction worked on our bathrooms in our home that was built back in 1973. Nathan was our project manager who was very professional. He emailed us a quote with a fair price, and after we accepted the quote he started the job immediately! He listened to our request and answered all our questions. The staff were very respectful and knowledgeable. They gave us great ideas on how to update our bathroom my wife was Very pleased with the result, which included the walls, textured and painted, porcelain floor, tiling, placed, and boutique vanities installed. I would recommend their business for future projects!!!
