Economy roofing just completed termite damage to my roof. They were reliable, dependable and very professional. The job required different people for differs parts of the repairs. Everyone arrived on time . They were courteous and cleaned up each day including running a magnet to pick up stray nails
I can't say enough about how great the crews were . James did a terrific job of scheduling everyone so the job was done on time!

Our real estate agent suggested Economy Roofing for our inspection which went fine, but once you pay them they won't respond to any questions re: the inspection.

The previous owner to our house had some roofing work done which had a warranty so we asked Economy Roofing so clarify which pictures in the PDF matched the suggested repairs. Our agent followed up several times over a few weeks then we called them repeatedly to try to get an answer. Rachael, their scheduler, was apologetic and put us in touch with Steve first. We spoke with Steve and he said he'd explain which pics matched the repairs but he never got back with us. After calling Rachael again she said John, the owner (who did the original inspection), would call us back, but he never did. We were surprised and disappointed with their lack of professionalism for something that would have taken five minutes at most - we will not be using Economy Roofing in the future and have advised our agent as well.

Economy Roofing installed a slate roof on my parents house in Santa Monica in 1999. In 2020 we needed some repairs. The roof was in bad shape, leaked, and I was afraid the ceiling would come down on my 96 year old, WWII vet dad. It took a week before the estimator could be scheduled to come out on a Friday. I got a call and they said they had the wrong zip code and it would have to wait until Monday. After the estimator showed up on Monday, they said they'd have an estimate to me for approval by Friday. When I didn't receive the estimate I called Friday evening and they promised I'd have it by Sunday. Monday came and still no estimate. I tried several times to call them throughout the day Monday and it just went to voicemail. Very unprofessional, once they've done the job you better hope you don't need anything fixed down the road. I'd look somewhere else and avoid Economy Roofing!

Last November, we noticed a leak in our living room roof. At the time, my husband made a couple calls, but never found a contractor willing to come out and follow through. Finally, at the beginning of May, he took this project up again, and was referred to Jon Ramey at Economy Roofing. Within a day, Jon came out to the house to see what needed to be done. Shortly thereafter, his crew came out and completed the necessary repairs within a day. We cannot say enough good things about Jon, Brandon, Pedro and the entire team at Economy Roofing. We'll definitely use them again, the next time we need repairs!

I noticed at least one negative review of Randy's professionalism. As I understand it, I believe that Jon has purchased the business from Randy, so those problems should be discounted going forward. Jon is the best!

Economy Roofing is the ONLY roofing company that returned my call (on a rainy day no less) out of about 10 copanies i left a voicemail at. Julie and Brandon both were SO nice and although so very busy found the time for me. Thankfully my sister and brotherINlaw have used them for years and thought they were nothing less than fantastic. Thank you Julie and Brandon very much. I would highly recommend this roofing company!

Economy roofing has done several repairs on my tile roof. They are courteous, through, and easy to work with. Their prices are fair and workmanship is great. I have recommended them to several friends who have had great results.

Had a leak in the roof. Randy came out and looked at it -- said he'd patch it, but we'd need a new roof soon. Fixed the leak and didn't even charge us. We got several bids for a new roof, and Economy Roofing came in at the best price. We did have to wait several weeks to schedule work since they're so busy, but they came when they said they would and replaced the roof efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. We have another property that will need a new roof in the next couple years, and we'll definitely go back to Economy Roofing.

I am really alarmed by the lack of courtesy and professionalism that this company's estimator (Randy) displayed almost immediately after arriving at my property.

This man started aggressively arguing and cursing just after he saw the roof. I stopped him and said if that's how he talks to customers, he can just get lost right now. He didn't argue.

Absolutely disgusting behavior. Don't waste your time.

Economy Roofing was prompt and professional when they came to assess the condition of my roof. I live in another state and needed assistance with a roof leak in my home in the Westside of LA. I cant thank them enough, they fixed the leak immediately just in time for the rain. I highly recommend them.

Were supposed to start on Wednesday and work through Friday. They pushed that date back due to ""crew issues."" They worked Friday and Saturday (showed up several hours late on Friday) and said they were going to finish Monday. On Monday they did not show. Tuesday morning they did not show again and wouldn't answer or return calls until late in the day when they explained they had more ""crew problems."" We had roof tiles scattered all over our roof and in our backyard and were keeping our dogs penned up to allow the workers to come in and out of our backyard. We moved several days around to allow for the crew that did not show or call two days in a row.

They finally showed on Wednesday and left supplies in our yard when they were finished. I will not hire this company again.
