I contacted several roofing companies for work I needed done on my roof, and I felt most comfortable with Edgar from Econo Roofing. Edgar and his crew did an excellent job--it was clear they were experienced professionals. They were also very polite and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which I appreciated. Lisa who works as the office manager was also very helpful. Edgar and his crew arrived at my house in the morning at 7:15 am, and they finished around 11:00am. I highly recommend Econo Roofing. I will use them again in the future.

We had a good experience with this company. We called them up after noticing a large stain on our ceiling, we figured it was a roof leak. They were quick to send Mario out to give us a estimate on our repair. Once we signed an contract agreement they scheduled the work. The office girl (Lisa I think) was polite and worked with our insurance, even sending them pics. The crew showed up and completed our repairs in a day. I recommend Econo Roofing.

Mario, the owner of the company, was very knowledgeable on roofing practices and procedures. He was able to check our roof and patch up a few spots. He showed high consideration for our home in offering to take off his shoes when entering and he showed high interest in everyone's safety by also wearing a mask inside. Questions were answered swiftly and kindly. Mario also had many helpful (& useful) suggestions to help keep our roof & home lasting for many more years to come. I contacted quite a few roofing companies to re-roof my two story house. Some never returned my call or never called back after the initial contact. One estimator showed up in a dirty t-shirt and jeans with a company truck half full of garbage that looked like it belonged in the junkyard. Another told me that it would take a few weeks to get a bid together. And then I called Econo Roofing.

Econo Roofing gets an A+ rating on Angie's List and an A+ rating from the BBB. Their estimator, John, came out right away, listened to what I had in mind, gave me some good advice and information, and then wrote up an estimate that was very competitive. They were busy so I had to wait to get my roof done, but it was worth it.

The tear off crew did a good job with a good clean-up. The following day, the guys showed up because there was a 40% chance of showers, and covered the roof with underlayment just in case it rained. And then a team of five guys came out and did my roof in a day. A neighbor had a re-roof done earlier this summer by another company and only put one man on the job for the majority of the time. It took him a week to finish their roof.

The city inspector wanted some work done that wasn't on the original bid, and Econo did the work without charging me anything extra. They also took $500 off of my bill without my asking, because they didn't need to repair the deck. How many other companies would do that?

We had them look at our leaky roof. They said they would provide a quote. After a few days I called and they apologized and said a quote would be coming soon. I've never heard from them again. I think they didn't want to do the work, but rather than tell us they simply wasted our time in the hopes we would go away.
