Went to get a quote on master bath remodel and a quote to either rebuild my back deck and extend it or screen it in. A fellow came out took measurements and talked to us and no one ever sent anything else nor called and I waited a month maybe longer. I called Econo Construction and asked about the quote because I had not received anything from them. I received her word someone would get back to me. So I've been waiting 3 months no word. At this point I am not going to beg for their business. The owner promised she would communicate with me what was happening even if things were in limbo. We has a great conversation about that. But quite the opposite is happening and I am disappointed in this company not keeping their word so I will find another business.

Econo Construction was highly recommended by another company and based on first impressions, they seemed like a great company. We first met with EC in February, before closing on a condo in March. We wrote our first large check, 50% of the project, in late April and we're still waiting for completion of the project. We were told the project would be completed in mid to late July. The design phase went smoothly and demo began on May 11th. The demo workers went through the closet on our screened in porch and took several expensive tools.. When we called the owners, we were told the demo workers thought the tools belonged to EC. Again, the tools were in an outside closet far away from demo area. The cabinets were delivered on July 6th with installation occurring July 9th and July 27th. We're still waiting for someone to finish the cabinets. No one has been here in over a week and the communication is nonexistent. I have sent three lengthy e-mails plus texts with the following response from EC - ""Your work will get done"". Econo hires subs to do the work and the subs hire subs. We have asked for a schedule of when workers will be in our home and the owner denied our request. I don't think they know when subs are showing up. We're here every evening to water our plants, check the mail and work. We were here when the sub electrician showed up on August 7th to finish the electrical work. He asked me where several items were located, including a pendant light, so I texted Econo. The text I received back stated ""they ran over in the light budget and didn't order the pendant"". We were never notified! EC is also argumentative when in the wrong, the sub-sub plumber placed the garbage disposal in the wrong sink and I requested it be changed to the correct sink. They argued I wasn't ""specific"" prior to installation. The owner was here when I showed the counter installer the side I wanted the hole drilled for the disposal button. I was not only clear but brought a witness because we had been accused of not being truthful in another conversation, which is documented in a text. They lost our trust in May and nothing has changed. I am meticulously documenting everything!
