Update to original review of 1/10/2024 and subsequent edit:
As mentioned in the edit, Michael returned and sealed the section between the flat roof and the pitched/shingled roof. It has been pretty dry in Houston the last few months, but we finally got a couple of drenching rains over the last weekend. I'm pleased to report that, as best we can tell, his repairs did the trick and we have not experienced any rain/water coming through the ceiling. What a relief! Looking forward to having our ceiling repaired and keeping the outside weather outside.

Michael was great to work with and didn't collect full payment until the job was done right. They removed 16""x4"" of sheet rock and installed new insulation in the roof then replaced and repainted everything. It was a great job.

Poor accountability and customer service. We contacted this company to provide insulation services for a new office, selecting four rooms that needed insulation. We paid for the initial insulation, the hole drilling (top and bottom of the wall), and other additional services. Once the work was done, we found they drilled holes and filled 6 offices- two of which were not ours- and missed a wall completely. They also only cut half the amount of holes but we received no credit, and I'm pretty sure we paid for the insulation in the extra rooms that we now have to pay to be drywalled. We were told the missed wall was out fault, told contradictory information between the two of us that called, and eventually charged to get the wall filled so we could use the space. The seller told my partner that he was ""doing me a favor"" with this job. That was a $2300 favor. This company could not take responsibility for it's mistakes and should not be trusted. Seek assistance elsewhere unless you plan to watch and monitor their work.

These are the guys to use for any spray foam needs. I was so impressed from the first phone call I made to Eco Foam. The owner made sure I understood everything about spray foam so I wouldnt get ripped off even if I used someone else!! They showed up on time, did an amazing spray job and even gave me some great advice on the garage apartment I am building in back. I liked their work so much that I had them come back to spray the entire garage apartment!! Very trustworthy and honest company to say the least!! Their prices were great too!! Call them today!!

We were very lucky to find Eco Foam through yelp, as it was not easy to find a trust worthy and responsive Foam insulation company with enough reviews and a good gallery of photos. We went through several reviews from all over the US with some strong warnings to ensure that we hired the right expert. I ventured to call Michael and got a really good response from him to all our concerns as well as good references. Michael Young was an absolute pleasure to get expert advice from as well as to get the foam insulation service. I would highly recommend him for any job, he's polite, responsive, has the right price and expertise for the job and I would say from what I can tell, very trustworthy. Thank you Michael and we will calling you again to do the attic after the great job you guys did on the walls.

Eco Foam spray foamed my attic and it has made a huge difference in the constant temperature of my home and lowered my electric bill. I highly recommend spray foam insulation. My attic stays within 10 degrees of my house temperature. I am able to store lots of items in my attic and not worry about the Houston heat damaging them. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. The job was done in a timely manner and all workers were professional and efficient. I have recommended Eco Foam to all my family and friends.
