Highly recommend! This service has been amazingly responsive and supportive of two roof replacements due to insurance issues. They came in as the lowest bid of 5 others and were the most professional - in that they used a drone to survey the situation, sent me pictures along with their license information and a full bid listing out all the elements in detail. Once I decided to go with them their office team was very responsive to questions, scheduling needs and overall communication. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

When we decided to put on a new roof on our house we started by getting multiple quotes. ECO Roofing was very competitive. We had a problem in our house where the master bedroom was always hotter than any other room in our house due to no attic space above the ceiling. Eran presented us with different options. Shingles that are made to keep your home cooler. A Titanium Synthetic Special underlayment that also keeps your home cooler. Eran also told us about a special 1"" insulation that you could add to the area of the house where we were having heat issues. We decided to apply the insulation to the entire house. Also to keep our attic cooler we added ridge vents that ventilates the attic. As an added plus Eran suggested adding low profile attic vents. We had 6 vents on the house and two on our garage. After clearing the old shingles, they opened the plywood to check the insulation and to our surprise insulation looked great. They closed up the plywood, replaced a couple of pieces then began the installation of all the layers of our new roof. The crew was very hard working and professional. Once everything was completed they cleaned up all around the house. Right away we could feel the difference. We could raise our thermostat which will save us money on our electric bill. Eran and his crew were so helpful. We were asking many questions all through the process. They were very patient and understanding. We would highly recommend them to everyone. You would not regret using ECO Roofing as your new roofers.

We purchased our house a year ago, and while the inspector said the roof was ""decent"", it was actually in pretty bad condition. Once our (attached) garage started leaking and many of our shingles were flying away in the wind, we knew we had to replace the roof.
Eran told us that it would be in our best interest to replace the whole roof because all of it was old and assembled badly.

I felt most comfortable choosing Eran/Eco Roofing out of all the other estimates because he made me feel the most safe financially. It's important for consumers to keep in mind that not only does the lowest quoted price (out of all contractors) not necessarily mean the best quality, but it doesn't even necessarily mean the lowest actual price ... since many contractors love nickel-and-diming consumers after the contract is agreed upon. For example, while others punish the consumer for things such as plywood sheathing replacement (which the consumer would not know about until after the construction begins), Eran - as well as his coworker Mike - did everything and anything they could do with their own hands (or within their direct team) to keep to the agreed-upon price, thus the consumer feels more financial safety than they would with other contractors. They were also very kind and, most importantly, stellar at their jobs. I will also add that Eco Roofing has both a B license for general building and a C39 license for roofing, very important.

Regarding the roof in particular, we chose an attractive modern-looking Mystic Gray color (Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration COOL Plus Shingles, which use SureNail technology to prevent the wind from blowing shingles away) which also does a good job at keeping the house cool due to its high SRI (Solar Reflective Index) in addition to the cooling roof vents that Eco Roofing installed. We've had several hot days since, and our house feels so much cooler than it ever did before we changed our roof. Also, because we chose a radically different shingle type/shape than our previous one and consequently the exterior paint of the house looked inconsistent, Eco Roofing also painted (the exposed top part just below the roof) above the garage with the paint we provided so that everything would look consistent. We are very happy with the work that Eco Roofing has done and we feel comfortable with the 10 year labor warranty and the 30 year material warranty provided. Special shout-outs to Eran and Mike!

We had an active leak in the back of our house (an addition added prior to buying the house). We previously had this roof replaced by a contractor (not professional roofer). The leak got worse after the recent heavy rains. You get what you pay for...

We contacted some roofers because we were told that the leak was being caused by the roof condition from the main part of the house and that it was just time to replace it all. At first we just believed it.

Mike w/ ECO Roofing came out in the rain and all. He quickly identified the issue and said there was no need to replace the entire roof. He did recommend to redo the roof over the addition because it wasn't done correctly before. He also took a look at our garage and decided it was time for replacement. He quickly provided a proposal by email. They also communicated by text for the appointment. I compared his price with another roofer and found ECO's price to be the most reasonable. In addition, we felt the most comfortable with Mike. He is honest and not a typical salesman. We were able to see his integrity and appreciated his honesty even if it meant we were going to spend less money. He saved us a lot of money! They did a great job in two full days! The crew made sure to clean up each day. I highly recommend ECO Roofing for anything roof related. Mike and his team will take care of it!
