I recently had my 24 yr old roof replaced by Eco Restore. The process took about 3 years, but not really so much to do with them, but dealing with my insurance company. These days in Florida, you almost always have to lawyer up before they'll pay a claim, and then the amount they offered was a joke, like for a small repair...my whole roof needed replacing so we settled on an amount that only cost me $1050 out of pocket. 500 of which was my deductible. The claim was filed back in 2022 before Florida changed their laws, which favors the insurance companies more and screws the consumer. I had to pay $116 for some wood damage, but that was reasonable, in my opinion. Once we got a date for the work to start, they were on time, delivering the dumpster the day before, and hauling it away the day the job was completed, which was only two-day job. Jay Geuder was the contact with whom I dealt with, and he was pleasant to deal with and explained the process, helped with picking the color, etc., and followed up after the job was completed. Blake also followed up the day of, but I was not home from work yet so I couldn't really provide any info about the completion. So, from my experience, they've been a good company to deal with.

I purchased my home in 2021. The roof had been done in 2019 by Eco Restore. Last week I had a severe leak in my roof and caused water damage to my ceiling. I reached out to insurance and they sent someone out to inspect the roof. They deemed the roof leaked due to installation error by Eco Restore. I reached out to Eco Restore to try to see if they were interested in helping out since it was an installation error on their part and to see if they would stand behind their work. They were of no help so I would recommend not using them for your roofing needs in the future.

I cannot say enough great things about this company! They gave me the best price, even worked with my insurance company to get them to pay for more than originally approved! They were here when they said they would be, got the whole roof done in one day and cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they were here! You cannot go wrong for your roofing needs. They return your calls, something I had issues with from other companies. They get 5 stars from me!
