After a few years of looking at solar energy, I had pretty much given up because so many of the solar companies I had contacted were either too expensive or would not even give me the tine of day. Then our neighbors referred us to San Diego Energy Solutions. The sales rep called me almost immediately and set up an appointment. He took the time to explain all my options and how many panels I needed for my house. He configured a way maximize my roof space for both the solar panels for my house as well as my pool. He also found me the best financing for my project and I was extremely pleased with pricing.The company took care of all the permits and necessary paperwork and before I knew it, my panels were being installed. Everyone who came to the house were professional and polite and the job was done pretty much done within a day. Needless to say, I am so glad to have found San Diego Energy Solutions. I have to say that their customer service is amazing and they have been the most professional company I have ever come across. My sales rep is still available to answer my questions even months after installation. I am so happy with my solar energy because I am saving so much money and I am not afraid to turn on my air conditioning unit on very hot days. Moving here from Texas and choosing to stay in the solar world, was much more difficult than I had planned. I wasn't sure where the best options were, completely inexperienced in the market place, and determined to get the best ""bang for my buck"". I made a list of the top 5 companies with the best ratings, combined it with the top 5 in prices and got to work researching. I visited & met with all of them, but thank goodness I found San Diego Energy Solutions! They were so patient with me, showed me examples of their work, and were so flexible with my work schedule; It didn't interfere with my personal life at all! Been looking around for a solar company and with a number of solar companies in San Diego made it a hard decision. Most companies give you rebates and same deals from the others, but San Diego Energy Solutions' top notch customer service stood out and earned my business. They were very accommodating with my schedule, answered every question I had (first time home owner), professionalism and respect for time. They installed the panels within the time frame they gave me. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I hate calling a company and my calls rolling into voicemail, but Tasha always answered the phone and even Anthony was available. He even installed panels up the roof with his crew! Glad I yelped solar companies and saw him!

I checked with a few different companies and decided to go with San Diego Energy Solutions as they were able to install solar on our tiled roof and offered the best financing options. The installation process of the solar panels was very smooth and the only glitch we hit was in relation to our electric panel with the City of San Diego due to some needed upgrades that were more complicated than expected. We eventually got them resolved but the process ended up taking longer than expected. Throughout the entire ordeal, Anthony was always quick to respond to my questions or needs - even after the installation was complete. The panels are working great and we are already enjoying the savings.
