While I was asking questions about a solar proposal I received, Anthony (sales rep) and Hailey. They were completely rude in the way they were asking my questions and very condescending. Anthony even made a comment, ""maybe you should talk to Hailey who is much nicer than I am.""
Then out of nowhere, they hung up on me and now won't answer my calls. Heather (owner), please call me back. You guys have my number.

I have been wading through solar quotes and information for over a week. Last night was the first night of clarity and understanding for me. Anthony called me to review their quote along with the quotes I received from their competitors. Not only was he able to fully and completely explain the differences, advantages/disadvantages, and overall performance but he also confirmed that three out of the four companies that I was looking at were reliable, reputable, and offered competitiveness in the market. To be honest, I knew little to nothing about solar, other than the obvious and that I needed it. Gian was totally awesome in walking me through all of my options and explaining everything solar to me so that I could make the best decision. The work was great, effective, affordable and timely!
