They are the worst!!
They installed a new roof several years ago and I had some problems with leaking skylights they replaced. They would not come back to repair. They also installed shingles incorrectly around a vent and water leaked and stained a ceiling and they would not repair the ceiling.
Now I am having some of their sloppy work redone and the rep from another company took a picture showing that they used a different color shingle around one vent. Blue instead of a neutral color. I had not noticed from the ground.
I'm surprised at all of the good reviews. They are not reputable at all!

Richard's team worked in hot steamy weather and did an excellent job! Couldn't be happier and they made sure area was picked up and clean after roof completed

I am very pleased with the work and assistance i received from Eclat Roofing. My elderly mother owns a home in Plano and we felt that she was not receiving enough money from her insurance company - due to all the damage she incurred during the storm in April. After discussing with Eclat Roofing, they advised that they agreed she was not being fairly compensated. Eclat's license adjusters worked directly with the insurance company and she received nearly double the original settlement. Thank you Eclat Roofing!! :)

I mentioned to Richard, the owner, that I had a leak in my roof near one of the heater exhaust vents. Within days, Eclat Roofing had one of their roofing contractors at my house and on my roof. The leak was repaired quickly. And a price that was hard to believe. I highly recommend Eclat Roofing as the Dallas Roofing Company I would use.
