Recently purchased a home & had Doug/Ecklund inspect the roof & we had approx. 37 tiles broken. We asked for Ecklund to fix the tiles & they said that the work has been completed. Come to find out...went on the roof to check/inspect...still had approx. 10 tiles broken. Doug/Ecklund refused to address the remaining broken tiles...

Do not use this roofer. The work is sloppy and they take no responsibility, finding any excuse to avoid compensation for damage that occurs due to their incompetence. Add that to a condescending and arrogant attitude. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

The owner is very difficult to do business with. Does not respond to voice calls or messages and does not answer emails. I had to chase him to pay his invoice and when he finally responded two weeks later he said he won't take credit cards. Really? A business that won't take a credit card for payment after the customer has to chase the owner to get an invoice and pay the bill. If you need anything done relating to your roof, find a better company.

Worthless Fk

Came over to view roof damage when our chimney dormer blew off and hit the tile roof. He said there was no damage, no leak. Now .. what do you think happened when it rained? Yup, roof leak. Doesn't even bother to return calls.

We even asked for a quote for solar - nothing. Can't figure out why he's in business. If you don't want the job or it's too small - say so! Then we can move on to someone who wants our business.

Ecklund Roofing was hired through our HOA to check out a roof leak. I have never, in my life, experienced such terrible customer service. I felt as if I, as a customer, was inconveniencing them.

When booking the appointment with their scheduler, Zoey, I informed her that I needed 30 minutes heads up when they are on their way because we are not on-site. The roofer did not call me 30 minutes ahead of time and instead called when he was at the property. I told him I could be there in 10 minutes and that I would leave that second. He was extremely rude, said I was backing up the schedule and that anything over 10 minutes he would be gone. As I was rushing over there, less than 5 minutes away, Zoey called me. She began to yell at me saying that I never requested a heads up call and that the schedule was behind because of me. She continued to argue with me, raised her voice and was calling me a liar.

They are not a helpful company by any means and its apparent that they are not willing to meet the minimum in customer service.

Called and got an answer from Doug asking for a quote on a roof repair.
He said he would call me back the same day with an estimate. Been three days. Called three times leaving voicemails and still no call back.
Moving on to the next Roofing Company, one preferably that returns phone calls..
