All of this rain reminds me that I'm so glad we had Echol's Roofing fix our roof back in August. We got quotes from several companies and they were competitive. They showed up on time and fixed the problem. No more leeks! Awesome, to finally have it fixed and not worry about it anymore. Check them out, they were professional and friendly.

I am shocked to see the low scores on this company. I found them in the 'Best Pick Reports' we got in the mail and so glad I did! AC was our contact the entire time and was WONDERFUL! He held my hand through the whole experience of replacing our entire siding, new shutters, and front door. We were SO SO PLEASED with the end result. The crew was thorough and very polite (don't speak much English) but they did great work! I would recommend in a heartbeat and I will to all my friends. Thank you guys for our beautiful new home :)

I'd like to share a great experience that we had with Echols and one of their roofing team members, Billy Dodd. My wife and I had a leak in our upstairs bedroom that came through during a heavy rain a few weeks ago. After finding Echols in a ""Best of Atlanta"" guide, we tried to set up time with them for a repair estimate. We had someone out within a day to take a look at the roof. Billy was extremely courteous and walked me through where he believed the leak to be. While to repair was a little pricier than I expected, Billy got me on the schedule quickly and offered to help do the general shingle maintence we needed as well.

After a week or so, Billy came back out to complete the repairs. While I wasn't able to be home, Billy took a number of pictures of the before and after work and identified the issue where we expected. We have not additional issues since the repair and would recommend Echols and Billy for future work.

I don't understand some of the negative reviews. This is the second time we've used them and they have always been good at communicating the timing of service as well as the costs. Our roof leak was repaired quickly and we were given options on simply fixing the leak or replacing the entire flashing. I also like their personal follow-up as a locally owned business.

I called Echol's because one of my neighbor's used them to do some work on their shingles and I had a similar project at my home. One of Echol's contractors came out to my home last week (showed up almost an hour late) and gave me some options and said he would send me a written quote which I never got. Today, I received a phone call from Mark (I believe he is one of the owners) and he said they took on a larger job/contract so they could not do the work at my house and he just abruptly hung up in my face without giving me any other options or time to respond. It's obvious that they do not look out for ""the little guy"" and have no problem leaving customers in the dust. I felt the need to write this review to warn others. I guess the $15,000+ job I was willing to give them was not good enough. I also work in the city's
building industry and could have brought them additional residential and commercial business. You never know who your potential customers could be Echol's! I would give them zero stars if this was an option. It's no coincidence that other reviewers of this company feel the same way I do and are totally dissatisfied with Echol's lack of customer service. This seems to be a common theme amongst other reviewers. I would NEVER recommend this company.

Echol's roofing was just one of 3 business's that we interviewed and we were pleased with the customer service. Jeff Oggletree was professional and provided with the information we needed and worked with us on price, although roof prices sure are high. As soon as the rainy off and on weather stopped, we got a call that they would be there the next day and it would take 2-3 days. On the first day, they got 80% done! They finished the next and cleaned up and the roof looks great. We will now wait for a good rain to be sure that no leaks occur. I'm sure Echol's will provide us with excellent care if something happens, or at least that's our hope.

Called Echols Roofing to inspect our roof after high winds ripped off some tiles. I was called back within 30 minutes of leaving a message and an appointment was promptly organized. Gregg Bennett contacted me to let me know the day and time for confirmation. He showed up at the exact appointed time, explained what he saw and then gave me a quote fix the repairs. Outstanding response and the repairs were made promptly.

Great company to work with and we will use them in the future.

Contacted Echols regarding a leak in our roof. Gregg was able to find the problem immediately and provided a detailed estimate. He repaired the roof the following day and we have had no further problems since. Very positive experience, not to mention he had to drive across Atlanta to reach us. Highly recommend.

Called company for roof leak estimate based on great reviews in all those free home improvement ""best of books"" After repeated phone calls they promised to have someone call me to set up appointment this week. Of course it's Friday and I've heard nothing so at 12:10pm today I call and got the service who informs me that the office is closed for the weekend. They also close at 3:00pm during the week. Very unprofessional!
