I highly recommend Echelon roofing. We just had our roof replaced and they did a great job. John Quirk is fair and honest and has a wealth of experience. The bid was complete and easy to compare to other bids. He also recommended the attic breeze solar fan , and I can already feel the difference in the attic and the garage. Do yourself a favor and contact Echelon for your roofing repair!

A price was agreed upon at the time I awarded the bid to Echelon that was ""INCLUSIVE"" of the inside repairs. Following the ""uncompleted"" work, there was an outstanding invoice received where they (Echelon) had added in additional costs and billed me personally for outside of what the insurance company had agreed to pay that was not authorized nor requested. Several exchanges of correspondence with John resolved nothing. He was beyond RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and refused to remove the fraudulent charge(s). There were several things that needed redone and areas that were totally missed/not done in my home. Echelon has yet to return to make things right and they had the nerve, unbeknownst to me, to file a lien on my home. WARNING = do not use this company, period.

I have been trying for weeks to contact John @ Echelon. Spoke with him early Feb. he said he was busy and would call back on 2/19. Have not heard yet. Stopped by his office but no one there and no name on the door. Tried leaving message but ""mail box is full.""
I had a friend call from a local business and he picked up but 5 min later I tried to call and go ""mail box is."" I think I'm being blocked. Not a good way to do business.
John let's resolve this ASAP so we don't have to take further steps. I need my roof fixed as it has black mold on at least 50% of the roof.

John Quirk with Echelon was highly recommended by a neighbor. I'm sure she would not have shared his information if she wasn't satisfied. Unfortunately, I had a different experience.

I spoke with John and shared that my roof leaked with the recent storm. He did let me know that they were very busy, but assured me that a tech would call me to schedule a time to come look at my roof. That was on a Thursday morning. I heard from no one. I called back close to the end of the day and left a message. I called more than once Friday and left a message. I never got a return call. We knew more rain was coming and had to move on.

If he was too busy, I can respect that, but a phone call to share that he was too busy would have the appropriate reply. We then could have called another company sooner. Instead, we wasted several days and it rained again before my roof could be fixed.

I have used multiple roofers over the years and always had a hard time getting a roof vendor to complete minor roof repairs. We had many with the wind storms this year, and Echelon took care of every repair and also completed several roof shingle/large roof jobs for us.
