I reached out to many roofing contractors and E.B.S. was the most responsive with the best price. I am a real estate broker with an out of state seller and with Elio's excellent follow-up and communications, he was awarded the contract and the seller was so impressed she had E.B.S. Construction do additional work on the property and another property she owns. The quality of of the work was excellent, timely, and everything was properly permitted.

I will definitely keep Elio and E.B.S. Construction at the top of my list when I need roofing, plumbing, and other construction and contractual work completed.

Very happy with the work Ebed and his team were able to do in a short amount of time. I had two small bathrooms remodeled and one bedroom. It completely updated our home. It's difficult to adequately express how terrible our experience was with Ebed & EBS Construction, but I feel that anyone looking into Ebed and his business needs to be warned against hiring them as they have proven to be untrustworthy & incapable. We hired Ebed in July of 2020 to do a variety of projects on our home including a full re-roof and living room addition. He completed a few cosmetic projects (stucco, paint, etc) with minimal issues, but when it came to the final phase, building the addition, things truly could not have gone worse. He lied to us for more than 8 months about the status of our building permit which we ultimately discovered he never even applied for. When we confronted him, he claimed it was accidentally applied for under the wrong address and stated that he didn't know how to use the online permitting system and asked that we complete the process for him. We should have fired him at this point, but being in the midst of the pandemic contractors were in short supply and we, regrettably, chose to give him the benefit of the doubt and to carry on. Once the permit was issued and he had received his 50% deposit from us he became nearly impossible to contact and would go weeks at a time without replying to messages or answering phone calls. He dragged our project on for more than 2 years and when he finally did send a crew out to begin the addition they completely disregarded the engineering plans and made such a major error in the structural work that, had we been less educated about the engineering plans and not been home to stop the crew, the structural integrity of our home's entire second floor would have been compromised. Of everything that went wrong the worst thing Ebed has done has been to take our money and abandon the project, leaving our home in a state of absolute disrepair. To anyone reading, please do not make the same mistake we did, we urge you to hire literally anyone else.
