We had a long overdue need for a new roof, to the point where every rainstorm had us checking for new leaks springing through our ceiling. After getting multiple bids, we decided on Eastwood Exteriors, because they had the best bid and came recommended by friends. On the scheduled appointment, the work was completed in one day. But the best aspect of the experience was working with Scott. He was very helpful and talkative, going over the process in detail and carefully answering every question we had. He was prompt in his responses and immensely communicative, which greatly helped our anxiety. Not only that, but when we had a concern a few months after the process was finished, he came to our house and checked on it. Even though it turned out to be primarily a cosmetic issue, he's currently working on addressing it. Thanks to Eastwood Exteriors and Scott, the heavy downpours in Austin don't cause us to worry about our roof, which is an immense relief.

I had some hail and rot damage. Charles a sales rep for the company the was working another roofing job in my area so I ask if he would inspect my roof. He when up took pictures and we sat and talked about it. He said there was definite hail damage and a little more rot than I noticed. He said If I wanted he would walk me through the process of filing a claim with my insurance company. After the approval I was only responsible for my deduction which is what you're required to pay according to the INS company and two 4x8 sheets of plywood used to repair some rot, they threw in the 2x4's needed to fix issues that were caused by the original builder to bring those areas up to code. They didn't ask for any up front money. They also gave me a upgrade on the shingles which is rated for 110mph wind and has a 30yr warranty. I have a 3000 sq. ft. 2 story house and with a team of 8 men they were finished in 1 day and their clean up was so good you could tell they were there.

Scott from Eastwood Exteriors was extremely helpful when my roof started leaking in the middle of a storm. He found a way to make it out to my property despite having a busy schedule and patched up the leaks quickly. Fortunately he was able to close up the leaks before the next round of rain and prevented damage to the interior of the house.
