Our roofing and construction experience started in New Jersey before we moved to Central Florida. After enduring numerous snowstorms, we made the decision to move south for warmer weather and sunnier skies. This led to the founding of Eastern Exteriors.
Since its founding in 2000 in Kissimmee, FL, Eastern Exteriors has developed into what it is today. We initially focused on business projects such as apartment buildings and complexes. After four major hurricanes hit Central Florida in 2004, we shifted our focus from business projects to residential needs. At that time, our service area expanded as far south as Boca Raton and Pompano Beach and up to Atlanta, Georgia in the north.
Currently, our service area covers a large portion of Central Florida. Leveraging our 30 years in the industry, we strive to ensure every project meets our clients' expectations.
Luiz, born in Brazil, has always had a passion for engineering and construction. He dedicated much of his time to inventing tools to enhance work efficiency. At 19, he journeyed from Brazil to New Jersey. Starting anew in a foreign country, he began his career in construction. Eventually, he apprenticed under a seasoned contractor who taught him the roofing trade. Following that, he established his own business as a general contractor. Focusing on roofing, siding, and renovations.
After establishing a family, he found himself yearning for the warm weather of his childhood. He relocated his family to Florida to explore its opportunities. Finding it to be a perfect match, he created Eastern Exteriors. With his extensive experience and knowledge, he actively mentors his team and helps homeowners navigate their own projects.

Anthony M.I have had bad luck in the past hiring people off of Craigslist, so I decided to go with yelp instead. I bought a house that had a bad roof, even though the inspector didn't notice. On the second day of owning it, it poured rain and I had a huge leak. I called some roofers that listed higher than Eastern Exteriors and they couldn't even be bothered to return my call. Eastern Exteriors answered the call and said they'd come next day to check it out. On the next day it poured again, and as I was futility holding up a bucket under my windowsill. Luiz came, and immediately started working on a solution. Taped up bags to make a funnel, directed it all into one bucket, stayed and calmed us down, waited patiently for a half hour for the rain to stop and then climbed up on the roof to check it out. Took pictures, explained everything to me, understood my need to get it done quickly and started the job in two days. He repaired my entire roof on time and met the estimate price TO THE PENNY. I have nothing but gratitude for his work and I will recommend him to anyone who ever needs a roof. I'll be hiring him again in a few weeks to do my windows. Stand up guy, nice family and great work.

Their professionalism and workmanship is impressive. We were so impressed that we had them come back and replace the screening on our 20' X 40' Florida room. Again, they did an excellent job.
