Before relocating to Central Florida, our journey in roofing and construction began in New Jersey. Following years of battling snowstorms, we made the decision to move south in search of warmer climates and brighter skies. This led to the founding of Eastern Exteriors.
Founded in 2000 in Kissimmee, FL, Eastern Exteriors has grown significantly over the years. We initially focused on commercial construction such as apartment buildings and large developments. In 2004, four significant hurricanes impacted Central Florida, we naturally redirected our efforts from business projects to residential needs. Our service area grew to include areas from Boca Raton to Pompano Beach and up to Atlanta, Georgia in the north.
Our service area now encompasses much of Central Florida. Drawing on three decades of experience, we work hard to guarantee that all projects fulfill our clients' needs.
Luiz, a native of Brazil, has long been fascinated by engineering and construction. He dedicated much of his time to inventing tools to improve work processes. At 19, he journeyed from Brazil to New Jersey. Starting anew in a foreign country, he began his career in construction. Eventually, he apprenticed under a seasoned contractor who guided him in roofing techniques. Following that, he established his own business as a general contractor. Specializing in roofing, siding, and home renovations.
After establishing a family, he found himself yearning for the warm weather of his childhood. He relocated his family to Florida to explore its opportunities. Believing it was the right choice, he founded Eastern Exteriors. Drawing on his vast experience, he shares his knowledge by guiding his crew and helps homeowners navigate their own projects.

Anthony M.I have had bad luck in the past hiring people off of Craigslist, so I decided to go with yelp instead. I bought a house that had a bad roof, even though the inspector didn't notice. On the second day of owning it, it poured rain and I had a huge leak. I called some roofers that listed higher than Eastern Exteriors and they couldn't even be bothered to return my call. Eastern Exteriors answered the call and said they'd come next day to check it out. On the next day it poured again, and as I was futility holding up a bucket under my windowsill. Luiz came, and immediately started working on a solution. Taped up bags to make a funnel, directed it all into one bucket, stayed and calmed us down, waited patiently for a half hour for the rain to stop and then climbed up on the roof to check it out. Took pictures, explained everything to me, understood my need to get it done quickly and started the job in two days. He repaired my entire roof on time and met the estimate price TO THE PENNY. I have nothing but gratitude for his work and I will recommend him to anyone who ever needs a roof. I'll be hiring him again in a few weeks to do my windows. Stand up guy, nice family and great work.
