Eastern Exteriors did a great job with my lanai. They were very patient with my HOA, and actually took care of the paperwork. The lanai came out great and they did exactly what I wanted. Luis at Eastern Exteriors did a great job and I'll be definitely using there service again for gutters.

I have had bad luck in the past hiring people off of Craigslist, so I decided to go with yelp instead. I bought a house that had a bad roof, even though the inspector didn't notice. On the second day of owning it, it poured rain and I had a huge leak. I called some roofers that listed higher than Eastern Exteriors and they couldn't even be bothered to return my call. Eastern Exteriors answered the call and said they'd come next day to check it out. On the next day it poured again, and as I was futility holding up a bucket under my windowsill. Luiz came, and immediately started working on a solution. Taped up bags to make a funnel, directed it all into one bucket, stayed and calmed us down, waited patiently for a half hour for the rain to stop and then climbed up on the roof to check it out. Took pictures, explained everything to me, understood my need to get it done quickly and started the job in two days. He repaired my entire roof on time and met the estimate price TO THE PENNY. I have nothing but gratitude for his work and I will recommend him to anyone who ever needs a roof. I'll be hiring him again in a few weeks to do my windows. Stand up guy, nice family and great work.

Excellent work. Luiz, Jesse and the crew came and in two days my worn out, storm-weathered roof was gone and beautiful Pinnacle Pristine shingles were installed. Their professionalism and workmanship is impressive. We were so impressed that we had them come back and replace the screening on our 20' X 40' Florida room. Again, they did an excellent job. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a vender with honesty, integrity, craftsmanship and value as primary qualifications in doing business, then you must call Luiz at Eastern Exteriors.

Excellent services! I would recommend to ANYONE. I appreciated their honesty, up front pricing and their craftsmanship. My roofing estimate cost from them was in the median compared to other quotes I got. I've learned that I can't always go with dirt cheap because you get what you pay for and the most expensive may not always reflect quality. No frills here with EE, just honest work. Luiz was great, he really knows his stuff!
