We had John from East County Roofing put on our new roof in Nov 2023. We have had him come out and check it for us after a couple heavy rains and all has been good. We have referred him to other people and all of them have been very happy with his staff and their work. We would highly recommend him if you need a new roof. His pricing was very fair and now we have a 50 year warranty on our roof!!!

Similar to another reviewer, I had negative interaction and service and quality from John and EC roofing. At my property in san carlos, I felt the work done to replace our roof was overpriced and under quality I would expect. The first time we got a small rain, debris cane down off the ""nee roof"", clogging our gutters, and I also noticed a leak inside on our roof- ridiculous! On top of it, we found Many Nails left in our driveway, just another sign of the carelessness.

Also similar to others experience, I reached out the company for a fix and response and I never received either. I begrudgingly reached out to a competitor to fix EC Roofing's work and got stuck with paying more money, but they were much more professional and did quality work. Use other companies please

Truth be told, I initially chose John and East County Roofing because he was my neighbor. However, after seeing him and the crew in action I'm recommending them because I think they might just be the best darn roofing company in all of San Diego county! John's crew of Hunter, Devin and Supervisor Rick were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were courteous, prepared, knowledgeable, skilled and did a fantastic job re-roofing our entire house! They were on time, on budget, their craftsmanship was excellent and they continuously went above and beyond to accommodate our needs in so many ways.
