We have been forced to use this company due to the fact that when we bought our house 2 years ago, they had done the recent new roof on our property.
They have been called out THREE times for a faulty roofing on our flat porch roof. They have yet to resolve e issue, and have started screening their phone calls. I have left multiple messages at the company. No return calls. My husband called from his office, a number they don't know, and they answered. Of course, Gene has promised to call back after talking with Chris. Yet we have not received a call, 2 days later.
We are taking action to have new roofing companies come out to bid on the repair. Ironically, the new roofers can immediately spot the defect and can obviously see the immense amount of water damage.
We have asked Earthco to pay for the repair, made by a different company, since they have failed to repair it three times.
If they choose not to pay for the repairs, then we will be forced to take legal actions.

Earthco is by far the friendliest most professional roofing company we've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Major storm damaged our roof and earthco made sure we got the most for our roof and did a beautiful job. Now we're signed up on a affordable maintenance program to make sure our roof stays that way.
