WARNING horrible company to work with as they lack experience and take on work that they have no idea what they are doing. Good luck trying the get someone on the phone from the actual company as they screen calls through call center and will not call back current or old customer & vendors once they get you on the hook even if you ask for Philip, the owner and leave him several messages!

update on previous 1 star review which Yelp wasn't showing on their website, although it shows when I log in.

That said, after Earnest roofing failed to answer repeated calls, to the owner, office staff and their salesman, I had to file a complaint with BBB. It took Earnest roofing 6 weeks to respond to my complaint. Earnest roofing did address my complaint to my satisfaction. However, since their roofing job did leak and cause several thousand dollars of damage to my house, I think taking 5 months to address the situation is untenable.

They Dodge customers phone calls like they were bill collectors. Gutter division is on point but plan on waiting three months for a bid on a roof.

John Lemke and his crews did a great job on our roof and back porch repairs. Very professional, responsive, communicates really well. Everyone worked really hard, did great work, showed up early, very polite, cleaned up after themselves each day. Great experience!

They did a fantastic job! Re-roofed our house and it looks better than it originally did! John was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Jessie and his crew were very very courteous, cooperative, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, fast, efficient, and helpful. This was one of the most pleasant construction experiences I have ever had. Two thumbs up!! :)

Put a roof on my house a couple years ago. Great job, great price. Best has been prompt followup the couple of times I needed someone to look at a vent.

Came to look at my roof, promised an estimate by that evening. I never heard anything...called,left messages, tried to email, called again...was last told the estimate was on the owner's desk. Waited another week with no response. Am assuming they didn't want or need the work but they should at least have the courtesy to officially decline to give an estimate.

We used Earnest roofing to replace our house and garage roof before we sold the house. They did an exceptional job, great clean up after the new roofs went up and the buyer was very happy. I would highly recommend Earnest roofing.

My experience with Earnest Roofing was amazing. Albert was prompt and thorough at providing a detailed estimate. Repairs were completed in a timely manner and documented completely. He communicated all details which was important to me since the work was on property I own out of town. In addition, Dorothy who works in the office was friendly, kind and quick at finishing up the billing details. I would highly recommend Earnest Roofing to anyone in the Texas Hill Country.
