Spoke with Francisco Avila-Ramos Jan 9 to arrange an inspection on Jan 10. Received a text Jan 10 that he was close to the property ""See you soon"". Responded that I wouldn't be there but the tenant was expecting him. He sent me as a message back that he didnt want the job.
Handymen are unreliable. Francisco Avila-Ramos is no exception.
I wish I could post the actual SMS to verify my claims.
