This was the first company my husband contacted via referrals from our insurance company. What I find hard to see, is the couple of bad reviews for this company. I just don't see it. From the first phone call with Cody, Eaglewatch Roofing has conducted themselves with the utmost of professionalism and respect for our needs. Cody came out, met with my husband, reviewed everything and came back to meet with the adjuster from our insurance company, reviewed everything with him on the quote and exactly what was needed. Justin, the owner, followed up with my husband to make sure our needs were being met. We needed a complete new roof. Due to rain (no one's fault) we had to wait some extra days. But Justin, the owner, Cody and their crew were friendly, courteous and very professional at All times. Cody answered my questions without hesitation and promptly kept us aware every step of the way. Cody was here day of install and Justin stopped by to make sure everything went as planned.
My husband and I couldn't ask for a better outcome. The Thank you candle (which smells divine) was a thoughtful and appropriate thank you for your business gift.

Honest family-owned company, does estimates and represents and guards to you the whole way through the insurance process does estimates and represents and guards to you the whole way through the insurance process which can be very frustrating but they take care of everything and provides you with a warranty from the manufacture and the company it's self that is transferable. BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT COMPANY OPERATING UNDER FALSE NAME THAT TRICKS AND BULLIES CUSTOMERS.

I was pressured into signing an agreement before anything. Then they totally change their tune after it's signed, WON'T GIVE US A QUOTE, doesn't do what is promised and hounding me to start work before I even have the insurance claim complete! Stay away from this company, plenty of better roofers out there that will give you a FREE WRITTEN quote before signing paperwork.

This is surely an unethical company bullying the small guy that is not familiar with having a roof replaced. While reading other reviews, this is normal in their business practices.

Dallas has some what of a conscious but I can tell he's pressured by the scamy owner as well.

Buyer/homeowner BEWARE! Eagle Watch replaced my roof. Problems began during roof removal. Shrubs,& plants were smashed, debris all over unprotected deck, deck rails, porch,stairs, siding until I brought it to their attention- I have photos. Also, nails were found in the yard, flower beds, driveway, in the grass, on patio for weeks.

The workers aggressively removed old roof; stripping and splintering the plywood decking. Pieces of plywood could be seen on the ground. During install; long nails were used-not roofing nails, and no flashing installed. Flashing was later installed after bringing to owners attention. Inspecting the roof after completion from the attic-the decking was heavily damaged.

Attic-Photo proof. Hundreds of nails are showing 1/2-1"" that make it hazardous to be in the attic, and numerous areas of damaged plywood stripped to nothing, large splinters and chunks of wood inside the attic.
The damage was brought to owners attention and his rep. They viewed the attic and were apologetic but stated it wouldn't compromise the life of the roof.

The nature of my business I've been in hundreds of attics- and have NEVER seen an attic/decking/nails condition as my home. Owner did not offer a solution or to right the situation. I regret not using another roofing company that was highly recommended.
