On August 1 the new tile roof was installed by the Contractor. Unfortunately Tiles from Eagle Roofing Products was selected.
On August 18 I hired a Roof inspector to assess the new roof and the report stated Discoloration in the masonry at the Ridge caps and considerable inconsistencies in the tile coloration.
On September 3rd Contractor emailed Owner of Eagle Roofing Products the issue with the tiles colors and attached the Inspection Report with its pictures.
On September 7 and 8 Contractor received emails from Eagle Roofing Owner and Dir. of Business Development saying the scuff occurs during shipping and there is no manufacturing issue.
Eagle Roofing didn't bother to do an inspection nor addressed the considerable inconsistencies in the tiles' colors.
On September 28 I filed a complaint to BBB # 15878433. Eagle Roofing replied that ""At this point we have not been asked to provide any sealer or replacement roof tile by Contractor and remain eager to work with them to resolve this matter, should they require.""
So, the Contractor complied and emailed Eagle's Customer Relations the request. However, Eagle Roofing didn't reply. I wrote again to BBB saying that their reply would have been acceptable had they acted on it. Eagle Roofing replied again that they will call the Contractor coming Monday. No one called! So the Contractor called Eagle's Customer Relation and their Sales Manager and both advised that Eagle Roofing will do nothing.
Not only the product is deceiving, but Eagle Roofing is also deceiving BBB and its readers. BEWARE!

Unbelievably fantastic customer service.....Called them in search of a cracked tile on my 15 year old house. When I called was given the name of a sales rep whom I called. I had the tile color but he requested pictures be sent anyways. Within 3 days I had 3 samples shipped to me no charge. What a great company, Wish there were more like them around.

This place has moved recently, so be sure to double check the address before heading over. Once I found the place though, Janalee was the most helpful person! She was very courteous and she had an answer for all of my questions.

I went in looking for roofing tiles to match the Eagle product currently on my house. They no longer make the tiles I have, so Janalee helped me search far and wide in the store looking for the best substitution. I left very pleased with samples in hand!

I emailed Eagle to get some replacement tiles for my roof. Bryan immediately returned my Email with a phone call and even though they only deal with distributors he was extremely helpful in helping me find my tile. I visited the show room and we found a good match and he was able to help get me the pieces I needed. Can't say enough good things about Bryan and this company.
