Ernie with Eagle Roofing provided a fair price, prompt service and good communication during the project. They replaced a significant amount of rotted siding with hardy board and replaced damaged shingles along the roof ridge line. Craftsmanship was excellent and no short cuts were taken. At one location wood rot was found in the plywood and framing behind the siding. Ernie was quick to determine a reasonable solution and gave me fair price for the unexpected work.

We were referred to Eagle Roofing by our neighbor, who is a contractor, when the hail storms slammed our area. Ernie was very prompt in meeting with us and clear when explaining the insurance estimate. When it came time for the work to be done, his crew completed it in a timely manner, were courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

We hired Ernie to repair our tile roof. After the first rain, the roof continued to leak. He said he would come out but charged us again. The roof continued to leak. I called 3 other roofers and all 3 said the work was not done correctly and the roof was full of holes.

Eagle Roofing has issued misinformation concerning the condition of the roof. I would NOT live in a house for years
with a leaking roof. The problem was NOT the chimney caps as he has stated. It was the flashing and the broken tiles that we paid him to repair. But he did not repair it. We had to hire another company to fix the exact same location. I have pictures.
