Stephanie C.Terrible communication. It's been two weeks since someone came out to give a quote and we haven't heard a peep. Not responding to any calls or texts either. Complete waste of our time. Stay away from this lousy ""business."" I see they already have a one star rating. Not surprised at all. I'd give zero stars if I could.
James M.Eagle-l installed my neighbor's fence. In the process they cut the underground sprinkler control wires and broke 3 sprinkler heads in my yard. Since I had no idea why the sprinkler didn't work (was it due to the fence installation or something else?) I told the job foreman that I would get it looked at by a professional and that if it was my problem I'd pay but if they caused it, they would need to pay. He agreed. However, in the end, office manager told me that they would not pay and told me to sue them. Then she hung up on me. Not the response you would expect from a professional.
connie b.My husband contacted Eagle-L Home Services and the 1st time the company cancelled. My husband communicated with Home Advisor and told them Eagle L cancelled so they contacted Eagle L to reschedule... this was supposed to be today... The were a complete no show... Very annoyed. My husband took off work early both time to meet with this roofer..... would NOT recommend them.
Kathy E.FAR EXCEEDED our expectations! WOW. Most reasonable BID we got for our new home construction fencing, gates and walkway to door. THEN the best CREW and careful, meticulous WORK. The ONLY subs we HAD who always CAME when they said they would, DID what they said they'd do, and all very professional, hardworking, and friendly. I gave them permission to give our name, number, address to anyone thinking of having work done and would like to see the beautiful job they did HERE. Truly impressive.
