to jack ..if i could rate a zero star i would. first of all i called him out for him to look at a home that we are renting out. that one side of the house the eclectic was out . he said i can be there to look at it at 4.30 to 5 for 120.00 .. then when he gets there says he cant do anything its raining. first of all it was raining when i called you so why can you say you will do something if you cant. then he tells my tenant that he will be there tomorrow at 12pm then shows up at 2pm . has the nerve to question who is paying for the job i said i am ..im the owner of the home and says are you sure.. i said look i called you to do a job on my family's house what time are you going to be there. so he gets there and looks at the house then text me and says call me so i can get paid for the job. so i ask him what happened what was the issues .. two backers are out and i fixed it.. ok so i will be there to pay the 120. 00 he says oh no its 575.00 wth . i did not approve anything about 120.00 he said your renter signed off on it.. oh heck no.. so to make all square i paid the money and going to take him to court on top of all this he did not even touch the breakers they are all the same no work was done and when i asked him about it he said well you should have been there .. i did not know i had to babysit a license contractor.. i paid you a fee due to your license. then he calls me a cheat .. bad business people watch this guy he will still your money and do no work.

Akop the owner at Eagle Fire & Water Restoration did an amazing and clean job with my emergency situation. He was referred to me by a friend and when I called him, he was prompt to come onsite and fix my plumbing problem. He provides clean quality and professional services at fair prices. I had the unfortunate experience of a major plumbing problem in my home, but the fortunate experience of finding Eagle Fire and Water Restoration. Jack is great. He was on time, and honest and very reliable. He knows his business and he earned my trust. I highly recommend his services. He is there when you need him. I would gladly refer this company. You can be sure he will do a great job - at a very reasonable price. You don't really find that a lot these days. 5 stars to Jack!

Jack. You were contacted by American Home
Shield Warranty to come to our home and hopefully take care of a possible sewer gas smell being emitted into our home. I spoke with you, explained we thought it may have been a natural gas leak, however, PG&E responded quickly and fortunately that was not the problem. I mentioned to you the smell and also it was noted that could it be a deteriorating rodent inside the wall or attic. I told you that was not the case as our Pest Control man was called and eliminated that thought. You, upon all of the information supplied, set up the appointment time 1-5. At 4:56 you call to say you think its a different problem and still possibly a decaying rodent!! You have not been to our home. What? You went on to say you called American Home Shield and they said the work wasn't covered. Really? At 4:56 pm..close to the very latest time of your expected arrival you call to tell me your not coming out. I very quickly and curtly told you exactly how I felt....not sure of your intentions I received another call from you at 6:27 pm asking if I would like to reschedule for the following day. Thank you but NO. Reliable contractors show up, or call and say they are running late....they don't cancel with some flimsy excuse and then call back and want to reschedule.

My entire system was packed up so I found him on google and called. He came out in a few hours and took care of the problem. Very friendly responsive and knowledgeable in his job.

I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night and had to shut my water off. I called a couple of ""24/7"" plumbing services and never got a call back.

I called Eagle and they responded right away.

After coming out to get the problem stabilized, he suggested I wait until Monday to get the job finished so I didn't incur more OT charges.

Jack showed up Monday as promised and finished the job promptly. There was still a slight issue after he left but he came back out and made the final adjustments at no charge.

I know the 65$ roll out fee is a bit unusual, but if you contract with them for the work, you don't get charged. It's just a way to make sure people don't abuse free estimates. I get it.

He was very responsive and did great work.

These people are amazing. They were going to charge $65 just to give a bid, something I have never heard of in 42 years. Then, when I submitted a review, they told the people at Yelp that I had never dealt with them in order to get my review erased. I wonder how many other customers with bad experiences they have gotten removed? I have the emails proving my interactions with this business and will provide them to anyone who asks.

Eagle Fire & Water Restoration came in to replace my water heater. First of all they took great pains to make sure my floors and anything near the work was protected from damage. They worked quickly and efficiently, always consulting with me if a question arose. They did an inspection of the pedestal before installation in case there might any problems and pronounced it sound. Within a few hours I had hotter water than I ever had in my condo, they cleaned up after themselves and left the place spotless. I'm looking forward to doing business with them again very soon.
