The one star is for the integrity of their tradesmen. It would seem that their actual laborers are honest & care about the work they do. Eagle construction itself, gets zero stars. They are VERY quick to return calls to get your business & money, but disappear when their work needs to be guaranteed. Spend a few more dollars, wait a few more days for a reply & hopefully you'll get your work done by another company that isn't out to just make $500 and run. They claim to do everything under the Sun but it's likely out of sheer necessity because they don't stand behind their work and need to continue getting new customers for a lack of repeat business. With a new home, we had years of work to offer them but you couldn't pay me to let them do any more work for us after the unprofessional, rude customer service we received from the (owners wife) when we requested a visit to re-check the roofing repair job they did for us. After waiting weeks to hear back, being told they are doing us a favor by standing behind their work & receiving no follow up days after they received status update about crappy work they did we haven't heard a word from anyone.

We had an appointment previously scheduled about a week or so in advance for them to come out to our home & consult about some projects we would like to get done. Initially, there were no issues and they gave us the impression that they were interested in giving estimates and working with us. On the morning of the appointment (today), 2 hours before they were scheduled to arrive, we received a call from the contractor himself, who made every excuse to not come out, made it seem like our projects were outrageous and ""good luck finding somebody"" who would work with us (mind you, we just wanted a barn door installed and his opinion on some settling in one of our rooms of the house). He said he wasn't going to come and basically made us feel like we had to convince him to...? It was very off-putting, sudden, and ultimately we don't want to work with a company that we feel like we have to argue with to come over to see what we're even talking about. We were totally blindsided by, not just his outright refusal to work with us, but demeanor that we wouldn't be able to find anyone who would... ON the day of our appointment... All I can say is he is inconsiderate (we took work off to be here), unprofessional and rude. I'd give zero stars if I could.

First of all since the beginning I got all my needs best customer service when I called the office. When Mark came over to my house explained details of my project got a roof windows with the pace program because I don't have money they offer financing they have best ever on time nice and clean professional people. I will definitely go back to them for any projects I have a few concrete and pavers and artificial grass.

Eagle Construction and Roofing did what many other roofing contractors I called for estimates did not. They answered their phones and email, came to our home, inspected the roof, listened to my concerns about the roofs venting and prepared a competitive bid. They adjusted their estimate to cover some additional work not previously described and were able to start within two weeks. They tore off the existing roof, repaired the damaged sheeting and dry rot, installed new roof metal and installed a ridge vent and asphalt shakes. They cleaned up at the end of each days work and responded to any questions or concerns I might have. They had to special order the gutter material because the color I selected was not one they keep in stock. They also had to work around others working on my project and did so without any conflicts. They completed the project on time. The new roof, fascia boards and gutters and downspouts look beautiful. Thank you. I know the real test of a new roof is time... so we'll see how long it lasts but for now I'm happy.

I am new to Vallejo and needed a small Job . It wasn't a rush so Mark fit me in in a afternoon . It came out great and the price was fair . I love the job they did . It was just what I wanted . An arbor over my gate entry .

We got 3 bids for our roof, gutters and down spouts. Eagle came out right away and was able to get us in weeks sooner than the others with a very competitive bid that included dry rot repair ( not painting the areas where siting had to be replaced on the dormers) . They were professional, cleaned up nicely each day and completed the job as discussed. The inspector signed off on the work today- looks great! Very happy with the job.

I absolutely love Eagle Construction and have had much work done around my house including new windows installed, roof on house and on garage. Just this week I had bars installed in my shower for safety reasons, porch light installed, awning painted, walkway painted with sand in the paint to prevent slipping. I also had a new front door and security door installed. I love everything. The people Mark chooses for each job are just the best. They are meticulous. All this work performed was completed in 3 days by two men and everything done was done so thoroughly. They were so polite and barely took time for their lunch. Mark is just the best and has the best workers for every job they excel in. The woman working in the office is so sweet and polite and on top of everything. I will always go back to Eagle Construction for all the needs around my house. Like Mark said, there is nothing in the house that they can't take care of and I really trust him and the company and I find the prices very reasonable for the great quality.

We hired Eagle Construction to replace all of our dry rot on our home prior to painting the exterior. Sissy, one of the owners, told us she would take care of us and ensure all rot was removed so there would be no issues with the painting. She seemed friendly and assured us that there would be no issues. Not the truth.

During the entire project she never made it out to give guidance to her workers as she said she would. When they showed up on day 1, they seemed confused as to what needed to be replaced and what did not. The workers regularly asked my wife and I what we thought needed to be replaced, instead of just replacing all rotted wood. After three days of work, she showed up and her workers stated all rot was removed. Certain areas that were on the roof and too high up to inspect appeared replaced and so we payed the final check. Three days later we had a good rain and I laddered the roof to drain them. Once I got up on the roof, it was clear that there were numerous spots where the wood was not replaced and had spackle coated on it to make it look no longer rotted from below. Having been on my roof numerous times before, I had never seen that spackle on it, nor would there be any reason for someone to place it on it. I contacted Sissy to make her aware of the situation, and she sent out an estimator to assess the areas of concern. Two days later I received an email with a new estimate for $3000 to complete the work we had already paid to complete. Since then I have called and emailed asking to speak with her, and have even went as far as to agree to pay half of the new estimate to get the work complete...yet no response back.

I should have reviewed their state license prior to hiring them. Won't make that mistake again. They had a previous claim filed against them for subpar work and not completing the job properly, and eventually were forced to pay another contractor to complete the work their company did not. Not impressed. Filing a complaint with the state licensing board.

Ok when we had a break-in they came right away assessed the job gave me an estimate for the insurance and took care of the work. The front doors had to be special ordered so it didn't take a little long but that was not their fault very nice people and very thorough

Guy showed up to my house took a look at my roof. Show me pictures of the issues that I have. Told me the office was going to send me a quote. They did quote was way to high . 1500 dollars for about 3 hours worth of work . I asked the lady how long the quote was good for she told me 2 weeks even though though the quote States price is good for 30 days. Very unprofessional
