If you own a house then you know how important it is to have a stable of reliable contractors. Plumbers, electricians, repairmen, handy-men. People who show up on-time, communicate, do great quality work, and are available after-the-fact when you have questions or need ""touch-ups.""
Well, we've engaged Frank and E2 Remodeling several times over the years for a variety of ""small"" projects, including replacing all our windows, building a new fence and replacing a door. No matter what the project, Frank and his crew always fit the bill. Five-star contractors are RARE. This one is the real deal.

Frank at E2 remodel just installed some led recess lights for us and we were so impressed! They were so efficient, clean, and professional. They were so pleasant to be around. I have future remodeling to do on my house and I would definitely use them for that! I highly recommend them!

Our experience with Frank and the E2 remodel team was very positive from beginning to end. When we were doing our search for contractors to do a patio cover and concrete in our backyard we found several contractors who were willing to come and do free estimates and give us a plan. However, the reason why we chose E2 Remodel was because Frank was the only one who came when he said he would. The other contractors would set up a time with us and then ask to reschedule, which already is not a good sign. Also Frank was very detailed in explaining to us what he would do. The other contractors were more like ""yeah we can do that for this much."" Lastly, when making the contract, he was the only one who stated that there will be no hidden fees. This is something very important to us because we had experienced a contractor beforehand who charged us one price but at the end of the project increased the price because he said he had to do ""extras.""

In short:

Pros:
-The workers spoke English. yay!
-They came on time everyday they said they would.
-They cleaned up after themselves and you can trust going to work and leave them at your house with your dogs =]
-They are very efficient and got everything done in a week!
-Calling/ communicating with Frank was hassle/ stress free. He responds very quickly and works with you.
-Even though the concrete was done, my bf was not 100% loving the lines they cut so Frank is sending people back to fix it for us.

Cons:
-Nothing really!

Not only did Frank do what he said he would but he went beyond, such as, giving some design to our patio cover at no extra charge. Overall, we are very happy with the experience, the quality of work, and the final product. Had we found E2 Remodel Inc. when we first bought our house, we would have had hired them to do everything for us instead of hiring a bunch of different contractors.

We highly recommend Frank and his team and will definitely call them again when we want to make anymore changes to our home!

My husband and I just hired Frank and his team to install a rolling gate for us. They were efficient, reliable, and the quality of work was top notch. At one point we had a technical problem with the gate and Frank made it to our house within 5 minutes of our call. Frank will definitely be my go-to guy for any project I have in the future.

Frank has been great for every project. He is extremely responsive via phone/text and reliable. He has performed several small jobs for me over the past few months including installation of a new stone floor in my kitchen, replacement all of the windows in my house, installation of siding and recessed lighting. I hired E2 Remodel Inc when I remodeled my condo last year, Frank explained everything thoroughly from the cost to how everything would be done. I was satisfied with result. Recently, I called him again because one of my windows got stuck, can't be opened. We scheduled an appointment for one of his guys to come and fix my window. The guy came on time, my window was fixed. Highly recommended!

I presented Frank and his crew with a difficult job. I needed my townhouse remodeled fairly extensively in a very short time period. We were having a baby and moving and our parents were going to stay with us to help with the baby so we had a firm deadline. To make things more challenging, I needed painting and new floors in the whole house and the house was not empty. Frank and his guys even packed and moved our stuff into the garage and back out when the work was done.

So we got new laminate floors in the entire house (including stair trim and baseboards),new tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, the entire interior of the house painted (including scraping ""popcorn"" ceilings), recessed lighting installed in over a dozen places, all faucets and toilets and showers in the house replaced, ceiling fans installed, and even the garage popcorn scraped and totally repainted. Small touches such as staining handrails and painting metalwork and cutting a hole in our sink for our new water system were handled with equal skill.

Frank, the owner, is very hands-on and completed some work himself and visited the job site to assist and supervise almost every day. I know because I went there numerous times and I saw him there. On the last day of work, Frank walked the whole house with me and took note of the tiniest details that were not 100%. He sent back crews two separate times to fix tiny paint specks, regrout a piece of tile, or rebalance a ceiling fan.

With the rush I put E2 Remodel in and how picky I am (Frank will tell you, lol), they did an outstanding job. I'm a realtor and I don't run across other contractors who will check back with clients repeatedly after they are paid to make sure you are 100% satisfied.

Great service, great quality, and very reliable and trustworthy. All at a competitive price. You won't find this quality of work for less. I recommend E2 Remodel, Inc. to all of my clients.

I was really nervous about spending a bunch of money getting a new roof, but Frank held my hand throughout the whole process. He and his guys were really great. They explained the process to me and cleaned up after themselves every day. Frank was on site every day to check progress and take photos, which he showed me so I could see what was happening. He was even able to get the cable company to agree to reinstall my dish for free!

In the end, I felt really comfortable with Frank and E2 Remodeling. I have some other work that I need to have done over the next year or so and I plan to call Frank back to do it.

Oh, and my roof looks great!

I don't normally write reviews but I was so happy with the work that Frank and his crew did that I felt I needed to write. I have used E2 Remodel twice and have been extremely satisfied on both occasions. The first occasion was at my place of business. Jose and Gabriel came out to build some cabinets and storage. They were on time, remained on task, and were extremely courteous. I was extremely happy with their progress but then to my surprise, Frank the owner of the company showed up and pitched in. All on a Saturday too! I was so happy with their work that I hired E2 Remodel to come and install a washer hook up in my apartment. Again, Jose and Gabriel showed up on time and completed the work much faster than I anticipated and now I have a washer in my apartment. I would recommend E2 Remodel to anyone who asked. I will definitely be using them again for any needs around work or home.

Frank is so professional and ensures the work is done right. He not only stopped by to see the work for himself but called later just to see how everything was working out. What great customer service!

I was really scared to spend what is to me a ton of money getting a new roof put on my house but Frank basically held my hand through the whole process. He made me feel very comfortable with his professionalism, the fact that he was on site so frequently, and his continually updating me with progress reports and photos. He even managed to get my cable company to agree to come back and reinstall my satellite dish free of charge!

I have other work I plan to do at home in the coming year or two and will definitely be calling Frank back. Having had some nightmarish experiences with contractors in the past, I can honestly say that working with Frank was a pleasure. And my roof looks great!!
