8/31/2017 when I sign the contract with Mark B******, everything was perfect. They were attentive and very consumer concern. I gave them 5 referrals due to the customer service I received. BUT ... The way my skylight was replaced didn't seem right. They took out my skylight and took it with them and brought back the replacement that evening, yes leaving a hole on my roof. They told me about it, after taking it and leaving my skylight empty. The whole skylight installation have been shady. Since the day it was installed. It made a popping sound random time of the day. I called the B*******' letting them know and they said that it is the skylight settling (I've never heard of that before) I requested for the skylight guarantee and called the company and they said the same. As time went by this popping sound never went away. In fact it is louder. When the sun hits the skylight, the shadow of the trimming done around the skylight is awful. My skylight even have finger prints on it. I've lived in this home for 20 years. I have never heard the skylight popping and my old skylight was always clear and clean. Skylight was installed in October 2017. Back in February, I discovered the skylight was leaking. Called EO Wood Roofing and they came to redo the inner felt around the skylight. Guess what, they DID NOT replace the felt which I paid for. They did a shitty job of putting the roof over the old felt. When asked how I would know how well the rest of the roof is installed, Steve B****** told me that they got ****** ****'s approval before laying the roof down. Which I found out was a TOTAL LIE. I called ****** **** and found out that EO WOOD roofing replaced my roof WITHOUT inspection approval from ****** ****. I've sent out 7 emails and multiple texts and calls to both Mark and Steve B****** from 8/25/2018 until today 09/23/2018 have not responded. They have lied and took my $15,979.62 Both of them have are NOT responded to my emails, text or calls. THEY ARE TREATING ME LIKE THIS BECAUSE I AM A WOMAN

EO Wood provided a quote to replace my roof (one of several quotes I received) and when I made my decision and went with my contractor of choice, the salesman (Stephen) came to my house and yelled at me using profanity and telling me off. He wouldn't leave upon my request and I ended up calling the Arlington PD to help.
