    Used them from Home Warranty assigning our issue to them. They came out about 3 times over 4-6 weeks, charged us over $100 plus the deductible and never fixed anything. The in house technician was completely rude and told me 'that I shouldn't be working on things that I don't know nothin about' referring to installing the Nest thermostat which I thought is what was causing the no power error message on it. After hiring a trusted AC company recommended by family, they were able to diagnose the real issue which dated back to 1994 when the house was built. It ended up being a restriction in the drain line which appeared several weeks later as water leaked through the canned lights upstairs from the unit upstairs. Had absolutely nothing to do with the Nest thermostat! It was how the safety switches were wired on the condensation line that caused the Nest to turn off. So maybe 'they shouldn't be working on AC's that they don't know nothin about'...

    I wish I could give a good review. Edwin seemed like a nice guy when we met him, and his terms seemed reasonable. We hired him to do a full interior paint job on our custom home, in anticipation of listing it for sale. He agreed to be paid upon sale. He proceeded to paint the home, but the end result is anything but professional. Frankly, my teenagers could have done a better job. Missed sprays, over spray, sloppy trim work, over paint on much of the trim - an entire closet completely missed, except for a touch up on the ceiling in the proper color (so I know they were intending to paint it). Overall, his crew did a VERY sloppy job. We paid for half the job, but refused to pay the rest until he came out to fix his crew's mistakes. He did fix a few things when we first started noticing them, but then refused to come back out at all. He took us to small claims court over it, and only recovered half of the remainder, because of the photos we presented to the judge showing his poor workmanship, and the cost we were to incur to fix his mistakes. Next step - reporting him to the BBB.

    In summary: if you want to have a poor experience, feel ripped off, and then face a lawsuit when you don't want to pay for it, feel free to give them a call. If not, learn from our mistake and find someone else.
