It is down pouring outside in our Moraga and dripping wet inside a corner of our house. Dynasty Roofing's boss Dave and his employee just came over in this stormy weather to put a cover over the leaking corner. I can't express enough gratitude of their professionalism especially today is New Year's Eve Day and he has enough excuse to do the work next week.
Thank you Dynasty Roofing! Thank you Dave and Jessie. This is why you have so many loyal customers. They want to do business with you again and again. Yes, they did our roofing 29 years ago and we plan to have them to do re-roofing after the rainy season.

Dave and the Dynasty team are fantastic. They are total pros. Dave put on the roof for our student-built tiny house on wheels in record time. We had been stressing over the roof details for months, but Dave knew exactly what we needed and installed the whole thing in under 2 hrs. I wish I had called him sooner! We are so happy with the final result, and I can't recommend them more highly.

We got several bids for our roof and ended up choosing Dynasty Roofing. They were the only company that asked about our future plans with the roof. We had plans to get solar and had no idea what types of roof to get until we talked to Dynasty. Dynasty provided the education and gave us a competitive quote.

The installation process was quick. The team was done in 4 days and they always kept our area nice and clean which was important since we have a little one. I would recommend and choose Dynasty Roofing again!

Original Review: I'm a very reasonable person and rarely, if ever, give negative reviews. When Dynasty replaced our roof 12 years ago, they did not replace the flashing around the chimney. It's completely warped now, and we have rain water dripping into and staining our living room ceiling. I discovered Dynasty now replaces flashing with every install. I had a Chimney inspection done and a reputable experienced chimney expert told me the rain leaking onto our ceiling is caused by the failing flashing. No biggie, right? We just get the flashing replaced. Wrong. In the past 8 weeks, Ive made a dozen calls to try to get them to come and replace it. We still do not have a date for them to do the repair. A repair that is needed due to their poor decision. They know we have rain leaking onto our living room ceiling. It's been 8 weeks and a dozen calls. What kind of business does not take care of their own quality issues? I really hope they can redeem themselves.

Update 3/20/2022: Updating my rating to 4 stars. Dynasting finally came through and not only replaced the flashing, they sent an additional contractor (nice guy named Paul) to seal the masonry cracks on the chimney. They proactively did the masonry without us asking them to. And charged us a very reasonable fee which we do not mind paying. Thank you!

I had Dynasty install my new roof. They were clean and quick. What I most appreciated is that I am paralyzed, and had to trust their work. I also had a gutter company install a gutter guard .system. There was no issues. I highly recommend Dynasty. They were clean and quick. And the are trust worthy.

I was contacted by Dynasty, I did NOT contact them. I followed up with Erin and Thomas R., both twice on email and 2 phones calls before the scheduled zoom interview with Thomas R. to confirm. No reply and no answers. I also confirmed the interview on Zoom, as instructed. I waited 30 minutes after the scheduled interview and email Thomas R. and called Erin 3 times on her cell. No reply or answers. Very disappointed in their response, it is a lot different than most of their other reviews. WHAT HAPPENDED? Gary Godek

These guys did a great job on my roof. However, they attached a raingutter downspout to a moveable door causing it to fail within weeks. Further, they did not respond to multiple requests to address the issue. Attention to detail and the customer? Please?

Dynasty Roofing was very professional, arrived on time, cleaned up everyday and took extra care to address any of our questions during the installation. Taylor, in the office was very responsive and kept us up to date on scheduling around the early rains this year. We are very happy with our roof.

After getting a number of quotes, Dynasty provided the most comprehensive quote (i.e. noticed that the roof was soft in one area and would need some wood replacement) but was also by far the least expensive. Their office was super professional and responsive to my questions, it was easy to schedule, and they did a great job. The roof looks great, and they cleaned up the yard after all was said and done. I would definitely use them again or recommend to a friend.
