We had our roof installed 3-22-23 from Dynasty Building Solutions. They did a good job but did not install our sky lights. Today 7-6-23 we are still waiting on our skylights.

We had a terrible experience with Dynasty Building Solutions on our damaged roof that required replacement. Most of the issues have to do with support staff. We were originally promised to only have to pay deductible for the roof, but it turned out we paid an extra $1600 for ""excess legal fees"" not covered by insurance. Dynasty refused to budge on the extra fees, despite no upgrades. We also paid nearly $600 to have the gutter guards put back on. Dynasty failed to get all signatures on the insurance check. They couldn't locate the check for some time, and as a result of their disorganization, they sent out a letter to us that a lien would be placed on property ,stating the account was past due. To add fuel to the fire , they refused to send us the inspection report to show proof to insurance that roof was replaced because Dynasty wanted to be paid in full first. The insurance canceled the policy , as we scrambled to figure out what to do.

Dynasty was paid months ago. They had the check from insurance, a cashier check from us. We did our part but they failed us with unnecessary chaos and excess fees that no one can seem to justify.
They finally located the lost check and we were happy to never ( hopefully) have to deal with them again.
Did we get the promised gift card for placement of their advertising signs in the yard? Nope. Not even simple things were done.
We hope this poor customer service is not indicative of the quality of roof we just had replaced. No way to tell right now, but we may just get an inspection ll to cross check the job.
This company is lacking communication and serious organization. They are not responsive to phone calls or requests for help with questions and concerns.

Dynasty contacted me for an interview, I did NOT contact them. I sent Erin 2 emails confirming the interview, etc. I emailed Thomas R. twice to confirm the interview on Zoom. I also confirmed my interview on zoom. I called Erin 3 times, 20 minutes after the scheduled interview time and her cell did not pick-up. My experience with this company sure was different than the other reviews. Great first impression from Dynasty, but I would have to question their sincerity after that? Gary Godek

They left a door hanger on our door. Ignoring very plain No Solicitation signs throughout our community AND on our property. Decided to do some research. Mostly poor ratings. Most reputable companies like this when you search on their name will reveal they come up on Angies List, Home Advisor, etc...not this company. Yelp was the first referral site to come up and the reviews here speak for themselves. Will be tossing their door hanger in the trash.

So after nine months of dealing with this pathetic company a quoted $12,000 roof turned into a $20,000 roof! The first one failed inspection and they offered to replace the entire roof and do anything they could to make me happy all at the owners expense. Comments were made by the foreman on the job that they would go out of business if it were their company replacing the entire roof at no charge. Well come to find out they charge me for absolutely everything And more. They damage my gutters during installation and agreed to replace them at their cost only to find out they build my insurance company for those as well. Buyer beware this company will lie to you do a shitty job and take forever making your life a nightmare there are way too many other companies out there to deal with someone so unprofessional. How in the world does a $12,000 roof turn into over $20,000! My house is only 2300 ft.² they screwed it up that bad and then lied to the insurance company. The insurance company told me they would love to fight it but it would cost $8000 to begin the fighting process so it's easier just to pay them and the roofing company knows that so they take advantage of it stay away!

Some time back in late August, 2019 and early September, 2019, we contacted Dynasty Building Solutions regarding roof damage and need of a new roof. Mr. Huerta first came out and was great and understanding with all the questions I had. Then we met Sal and he was awesome as well and when the work began, all of the workers were friendly, hardworking and courteous. The roof was finished within the time they said it would be, they assisted with our insurance claim and all the ladies in the office were very courteous.
We had a great experience with everyone we dealt with and have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.
Thank you Dynasty for being truthful, honest and hard working to keep deadlines of work promised.

No roof replacement is an easy enterprise, Dynasty roof help me with their commitment to their customer to walk this path, they communicated with my insurance company and work in behalf me. pay me 100 for recommended to others and 100 for a lawn sing good, I did read some of the others reviews and some of then are real the initial estimate change with the real job, they negotiated with insurance company all good, kudos for the installers a group of very professional gays that not only now what they doing but also work fast and finished my roof in one day it seem to be a disconnection with the promises of the estimators and the office staff also with the collection of money from the insurance and the fallow up with them note if they don't pay you onw them the money any way. nobody talk of the wood invoice 100 Iven if the materials were not used Good communication job was end as promised. i will use them other time

I would recommend Dynasty Building solutions for your roofing needs...Ask for Sal he is awesome really understands how to listen to the customer and communicate to the office.
No lose ends any and all questions call Sal and they were answered or handled. Dynasty did many roofs in the neighborhood and everyone is happy, Not to mention the owner Vic gives back to the community by supporting the ADA...You hear all these stories about roofing companies...Not here..

If I could give zero stars I would. I'm actually filing complaint with BBB because of how awful this company is. They were extremely nice at first and seemed trustworthy. I had a lot going on at the times and they genuinely seemed like they wanted to help. I was told it was an authorization I was signing so they could talk to the insurance company. They emailed it over to E Sign and because they had told me it was simply just an authorization I clicked where it told me to and that was that. I was also getting an estimate from other roofing companies because I didn't know if insurance would cover a portion, or any of my roof. I never received an actual estimate from Dynasty like I did from the other company. My insurance company asked for the estimates from both companies and so I had to call Dynasty to even get one in which point they put one together to submit and it was actually 2k more than the other company. Well my insurance company approved some of my claim so I decided I would rather go with the other company since it would be less out of pocket. Little did I know that little ""authorization to speak to the insurance company"" was a contract that if I don't use them I owe them 20%. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!Extremely shady, untrustworthy, insurance scammers!!! Use anyone but then.
