I can wholeheartedly say that Top Dog Roofing is my absolute favorite! They treat you exactly how you always wish you could be treated by a vendor. Brian Chipman and his team are very professional and we highly recommend. They were patient and flexible with the schedule of the roof installation since we needed to coordinate with the removal of our solar panels. While we were working with the solar company to schedule the solar panel removal Brian got on the roof and installed a temporary tarp to avoid additional damage.
During installation, the crew was punctual and finished as scheduled. Also, after installation, they visited our house several times to ensure the work was completed to our satisfaction, and to clean (especially the gutters).

When we found shingles missing from our roof, I checked some reviews from our local community and called a few places. Top Dog Roofing answered the phone (on a Sunday) and said someone would be out to check our roof. Doug came out and found hail damage and they did a repair for me the very next day. He also recommended calling our insurance company, which I did. The adjuster found hail damage and we submitted a claim. Top Dog helped us through the entire process, took the time to go over our roof options and replaced our roof in one day. This could have been a real headache but Doug and Chris responded to every question, every text, every call and made this a pleasant experience. The roofers were hard-working, efficient and cleaned up every bit of material. There was no sign they had ever been on the property! Everyone we were in contact with was truly professional. We feel that we really couldn't have found a better company with which to do business. Thank you, Chris, Doug and Top Dog Roofing!!

The company, and especially Todd Adams, were very responsive and supportive throughout the process of contracting for a new roof and in working with my insurance company. I love the appearance of the new roof. I cannot give that final star because I was very disappointed that my efficient and costly solar fan was removed from the roof during the process and NOT re-installed as had been agreed.

So many roofing companies seem to be giant operations intent on convincing every person in a neighborhood that they need a new roof. Top Dog Roofing is different.

I had been impressed with the demeanor and professionalism of one of Top Dog's representatives who was working on a nearby home ages ago and kept the business card I was given. When it came time to have some work done our 15-year-old home, I called Top Dog Roofing. Doug and Chris came out, looked at the roof, and gave me the exact same recommendations an independent inspector had listed on his report. They answered all my questions, gave a great bid on the job, and stayed in regular communication throughout the process. The workers came out soon after, and no evidence of their work (stray nails, shingle bits, etc.) was left in my yard when they were done.

When Doug and Chris came to look at the completed work, they were not pleased with the color match of the new shingles. They had it changed immediately and came back again to make sure the work was done to their standards. I appreciated their attention to detail and that they did not consider the job complete until they were satisfied with the work and I was pleased with the result.

It is rare these days to find a company that cares so much about their work product and their customers. Top Dog Roofing is that company, and I recommend them without reservation.

We started the project with a heavy leak and a bum roof. Doug and Chris arrived on site and were professional, prompt, and very knowledgeable about the work needed. The work was done as promised including pre-laying a rain/ice shield a week early as heavy rains were forecast! Needless to say the leak has stopped, the roof is repaired, and it looks great!! Wow, what could have been a horrible experience getting our roof replaced turned out to be a very pleasant one. Doug Bishop and Christopher Bishop did a top notch job taking care of our every needs and addressed all our concerns beforehand. They gave the roof the white glove test after the job was completed and our yard was left cleaner than before they got here!! We HIGHLY recommend them...and we don't do that often. Thanks guys!!
