A little over a week ago I reached out to Top Dog Roofing via their website to inquire about a roof inspection and the installation of rain gutters. I received a phone call back and was scheduled an appointment. Jessie Jackson (the roof inspector) who came to my house performed a roof inspection with a video and when he was done showed me the video inspection and notes taken during the inspection.

Although I did not require a new roof nor roof repairs, I did get a quote for rain gutters.

I had the rain gutters placed in within a week from when I completed the paperwork and placed the work order in.

Jessie and the workers who placed the gutters in were professional, prompt and friendly.

Top Dog is Top notch. We met Hunter in the beginning of the process and he was outstanding throughout. He is very knowledgeable, articulate, thorough, and detailed in his explanations and answered every question without hesitation with correct information. He took all the guesswork out of everything and worked with the adjusters so we did not have to lift a finger or talk to anyone but him. On top of that Hunter is just a nice cool dude with very interesting hobbies and a great personality who I will be friends with moving forward. He is one of those guys that puts you at ease when you are talking to him and you can tell he is a perfectionist in everything he does. Now on to the crew....great, efficient, fast, thorough, and clean...enough said! I highly recommend Top Dog for any roofing needs! Drop the mic!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a little late posting my review of Top Dog, but I need to tell you I could not be more pleased with how easy this whole process was. I contacted Jason in late December (we already had our Christmas lights hung). He came out same day to walk my roof (took lots of pictures) and give me a quote. A few days later, Jason met our insurance adjuster at the house to assess the damage together. Within a few days we had the paperwork written up, the materials picked out to use, and the date to start the job. They were nice enough to wait until after the holiday to come back and do the job after family was gone and lights were down, which I thought was nice. No pressure to lock us in and get the job on the books before the end of the year. Materials were delivered one day, the job was done the next day. The installation crew was very efficient and clean up was kind of unreal. I was worried about finding nails and debris in the yard because I have kids and pets but they did a fabulous job leaving virtually no trace of their work. Since our roof was 17 years old, it's nice to have new energy efficient materials I didn't realize existed protecting our house! Our roof looks great and we would highly recommend contacting Jason at Top Dog for your project.

Top Dog Roofing was, by far, the best roofing company we interviewed and got a quote from for replacing the roof on our house. Jason was honest and up-front from the start, and the installation crew was efficient, clean, and thorough. The majority of the work was completed in one day, and the clean-up was impeccable. I don't write a lot of reviews but this company really was amazing. Super helpful and met every expectation set with our new roof. It was refreshing to work with a company where I felt confident they were honest with me every step. I work with Doug and Chris and both were very nice and helpful. Would recommend them any day!

These guys stayed on the phone with me for nearly an hour to explain many things about roofing and their products that I was unaware of. While I did not eventually choose these guys when deciding to get a roof, I was very impressed with how courteous they were, knowledgeable and friendly. Sometimes those things are more important than the roof itself. I would also recommend going with them first, particularly if your homeowner's is footing some of the bill because their crew is fully employed and is not contracted, so +1 to that. In my case my roof was going to be out of pocket, but the slightly higher price is worth it I think to make sure good Texans get good jobs. =)

Great experience. They answered my inquiry right away (can't remember if I called or filled out their online form!) and were able to come by the next business day - to remove an old satellite dish. Not a sexy job for them I'm sure. Hunter was on time, friendly, answered some questions about my roof, and offered some good advice. When I need roof repair or a new roof, I'll definitely choose Top Dog.
