My new home was not built with gutters. The lawn started dieing and getting deep holes from the roof water run off. I called Dynamic roofing, Nicholas came by my house the same day to inspect the roof, and I received a quote within 24 hours.

I was apprehensive the gutters would match the peculiar trim color, but I trusted the process and my expectations were exceeded. I had brand new gutters within a few days that look fabulous and the price was very affordable!

The storms in the Spring of 2016 caused damage to the majority of the houses in my neighborhood. I talked with a couple of roofing companies, but was disappointed with all of their high-pressure tactics; pushing us to sign on the spot, playing with numbers, and treating us as if we'd never been down this road before. As most of you homeowners in the Dallas and outlying areas know, roofs get replaced every 5-8 years due to the weather. This is few people's first rodeo.

My husband and I were impressed with Dynamic Roofing. First, there is no pressure involved with them. They provided a fully transparent, professional packet (not a simple brochure with minimal information) with ample information on the company and a full color spread of the products they carry. Everyone at the company is easily accessible--no pushback;, no unreturned calls, emails and texts. They never gave us any 'ticking clock""or number pressure either. Never did our guy, Matt, say that he had to go to his manager to ""see if he could do something special"" for us as if he were a used car salesman.

While he got some numbers together for us over the next day, we played with an application on their site that does mock-ups on our house with their shingles and colors. Pretty neat tech. He came back with numbers and let us take all the time we wanted to look at them and come back. We took a couple of weeks. (As an aside, I had a neighbor that negotiated with them actively for about 4 months! I know he did go with them and was pleased.)

We did end up negotiating one thing and went with them. They did our complex roof in a day and 2 hours. I was actually pretty surprised, because it usually has taken a little more than 2 days for prior roofers. They sent out an appropriately sized crew as opposed to a minimal crew in order to minimize our discomfort.

As an aside, my guy Matt came by before the roofing was to begin and brought the two colors on each side of my chosen color just to be sure that was what I wanted. We spent a good hour playing with them on all sides of the house just to be sure.

A few of my neighbors ended up using Dynamic Roofing post-storm. My immediate two next door neighbors, including the one who negotiated for quite some time, are both quite pleased with the results.
