I contacted the owner of Dynamic Roofing, Dean, after I found mold on the ceiling of my patio. After testing showed it wasn't toxic, Dean gave me his advice on how to make sure the mold wasn't also on the top side of my patio roof. His advice turned out to be exactly right. He removed the roofing material and inspected the boards. Fortunately, there was no mold or dry rot! Dean then replaced the roofing with a different type of material for a very reasonable price. And he was great to work with -- very competent and professional and just a genuinely nice person. Thanks so much for your help, Dean! Highly recommended!!

If you are looking for a quality re-roof or roof repair, look no further.
My roof needed repair because the shingles from Certainteed were defective. I had never had a roof problem before, but with the recent rain, we had a leak. I received quotes from five companies. I wasn't necessarily looking for the cheapest but wanted to find a company that would stand behind their product and were certified to install that product. I chose GAF and had all the companies quote me on the same product. Not only was Dynamic Roofing less expensive, but Dean and his team were easy to work with and really cared about doing it the right way.
They would clean up every day and use a magnet on wheels to find any staples or nails on the ground.
Even when the job was completed, he asked me if there was anything he needed to do to make sure I was happy.
Great service, quality product, great warrantee, excellent price, and someone that cares about my home as much as I do? It doesn't get any better than that.
