We are pleased and happy with their job. They completed water restoration on our sliding door. They were professional and with constant communication answering all my questions. They also met our requested time line. Dan made sure the job was completed to their standards after dry wall and paint job were completed. In addition, the people/workers he sent to our house were professional and timely.

These people do not replace your roof themselves no do they supervise the work being done! They use subcontractors who DO NOT speak English. My roof started leaking and after multiple calls they send someone out make me pay an additional 3000. for what they claim is siding and vent issues, I pay them and roof leaks even worse!

Dan Dwyer did a remodel project on my home in Northern Hills. I paid him half of the money prior to beginning the project and towards the end he asked for the remaining amount due even though he had a couple more projects at the home. He stated that I signed a ""completion"" document and wanted the rest of his money before completing the project. He placed a mechanics lien on my home. If you sign ANYTHING with him PLEASE read everything carefully. I do not know how he has gotten 5 star reviews. Please feel to reach out to me as well with questions.

There are not enough words to describe how pleased I am with having chosen Dwyer Restoration to fix our home. From the onset, Mr . Dwyer was professional. He walked throughout our home that was affected by water damage. He pointed out areas that needed to be repaired and provided reasons as to why. He sat down with us to discuss how the company will deal with our insurance agency therefore, removing a burden on our part. When the adjuster came to our home to give us an estimate, Mr. Dwyer walked with them and again provided reasons for the repairs. He and his employees went above and beyond in everything they did. They were punctual to every appointment, they communicated constantly via emails, texts, and phone calls. In the end, a final walk through was given to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and if not, it was made. I will definitely use Dwyer Restoration again and highly recommend their business.
