Jaime Rivera (JR) was such a pleasure to work with. I had rain water inside my chimney and dwell roofing was able to fix it. I was most impressed with how knowledgeable and courteous JR was. He suggested adding a cricket to help with the water flow around the chimney. It was nice to hear an option for solving a problem long term instead of just patching the opening.

I found Dwell on Yelp when I needed minor roof and gutter repairs after the May 2024 wind storm. I was contacted immediately by Jordan Snyder, who was very helpful and so nice, even though the job was small. It is SO HARD to find competent people to do repairs, especially when there has been a disaster like the mentioned May storm, and especially when it is a small job. I got a very reasonable estimate within a few days, and the job was done within a week. This is not the usual experience and I appreciate Jordan and Dwell very much. I will be calling them for future roofing and gutter repairs/replacement, as well as for any other exterior work that will inevitably be needed on my 84 year old home. I highly recommend Dwell and Jordan for your exterior home repairs.

I had called/requested 5 or 6 different companies to give me an estimate. 2 never returned my request, 2 more sent an estimate after Josh(Dwell) completed the job, another one I couldn't get him off my property fast enough.
Josh De La Rosa is very friendly, easy to talk to, doesn't push. Their estimate was anywhere from 5 to 15% lower. The job was completed quickly. Josh kept us updated with timing and start date.
Screening contractors and using services from contractors can be frightening and challenging. I would only recommend Josh and Dwell roofing & exteriors for this type of work
