I'm not a customer, I'm a neighbor who has complained about the noise and starting time of this company. Code violations in Huntington Beach advised numerous time on this company stating and finishing times. Staring on Thanksgiving morning at 7:15 am and stoping at 5:30 pm. asked them to respect the neighbors and the Huntington Beach code ordinance and was told it was going to rain! B S! NO RESPECT FOR THE NEIGHBORS OR THE CITY CODES!

I had multiple estimates from the local roofing contractors in Hemet. I received over pricing quotes. DV Roofing charged me $1000.00 dollars less. The quality of service was professional. The staff were personable and friendly. They knew what they were doing. They have over 25 years of experience. Going with DV Roofing was the best decision I made. I have a ten year warrantee. It looks great, It's raining right now. No leaks. My roof is secure. I have a good, secure feeling inside. I feel like I've been blessed.

We decided to call dv roofing because we drove by them while they were on another job and noticed that they were very hard working and seemed to be a family unit. (Father and son) Daniel came out to my residence waring a mask looked at my roof for repair and gave me a very fair quote, he came back the following week and completed the job 100% i am so happy to have met him and his crew and have already referred him to 3 of my family members. Daniel and his crew did an excellent job on our roof, from complete tear off to a brand new roof! Their price came in very competitive, while still using all of the same high quality materials as higher quotes we received. I'm giving a 2 star to be generous.

I found their business by a referral on Facebook. I called the number and someone answered who sounded like they were on the job and asked me to send them a text with my address and they would reply back to schedule an appointment. I did and no response for at least three days. I texted them again and they responded to schedule an appointment.

I texted them the night before the appointment and asked them if they needed to reschedule due to the rain that was forecasted. We rescheduled for a few days later and they didn't show up at 8 am like they said.

So I contacted them because my husband was at home waiting. Long story short, they diagnosed my leak, quoted a low price and said someone would be back out at 1pm. By 6pm, no one showed. I texted him again and he said it was because it was raining again, which I don't know I was at work at the time but even so, I would think the person would communicate with us that they had to reschedule.

There was no professionalism. I was chasing them. I feel like because the work on our house was lower than $200, they didn't prioritize us or even bother to come back which is unfortunate because I was going to ask them to do additional work to our house since they seemed reasonable.

I like to give people chances but I was very disappointed. The guy never followed up or came back.

I was very disappointed with their professionalism and follow through. Upon giving me a quote they agreed to tarp my roof if I covered the cost while they finished their current jobs so my roof was covered until the replaced it. The owner told me he would send someone two straight days in a row and no one showed up. It rained on the third day and my leak continued.

Then they finally send someone days later before another rain and the tarp they placed just came right off. I had to call another company to fix the tarp.

Then on the day he scheduled to do my roof replacement no one ever showed. I texted him and he said he was waiting on the materials. I had no issue. Almost a week later I once again texted him and he never got in contact with me.

Unprofessional and very poor customer service.

DV Roofing did our roof and my husband and I are very pleased with their work. Our roof looks absolutely amazing. We will definitely reccomend this company to our friends, family, and neighbors. Our roof was in pretty bad shape and the DV Roofing crew made it look brand new again. We can't thank you all enough. 5 star rating all the way!
