My roof needed some serious sofit and facia board repairs so I solicited several bids for the job. Dutch's Roofing Company responded the next day with Mr. Duchess (owner) stopping by and inspecting my roof. Because of his years of experience, he was able to quickly assess the damage and quote me a price on the spot. By the same afternoon, I received a written proposal for my roof repair.

After two weeks of accepting bids for my roof repair, I chose Dutch's. They were not the cheapest but I personally felt that Mr. Duchess had the best grasp of what needed to be done with my roof. Much to my amazement, they were able to send a crew out to my home two days later. Granted, I had my roof worked on in the winter time and not during hurricane season.

The crew started promptly at 7:30am and finished up around 3:30pm. The two roofers were friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were doing and the different stages of the repairs.

Overall, the job was completed in a timely, efficient and professional manner. The scope of the work was finished as promised in the Roof Repair Proposal. With Dutch's Roof Repair, I did NOT have to put a 50% downpayment for the work as some other roofing companies require and that was a big plus. Payment in full is due the day of completion. They also have a 5 year workmanship guarantee. I can definitely recommend Dutch's for any roof repairs or replacement.

called for a new roof price and the lady was rude and just said ""no we can't help you""... with no explanation...I then asked ""is there a reason you won't help me"", and she then said they only do repairs, not new roofs. How does that make any sense?

While selling my home, the buyer home inspector found an issue with our roof. There was an aggressive closing schedule and I had just less than two weeks to get the repair. I called Dutch's roofing and explained my situation and urgency. They asked me to send some photos and a copy of the report. This was on a Tuesday. I scheduled to have someone come out on Friday for estimate. But, they come out on Thursday to do the repair. A total unexpected and very welcome surprise. The repair work was spot on. This level of customer service is rarely found. I couldn't recommend this company enough.
