After a slight delay, they were able to come out and give us a quote. The repairs were done in a timely manner and the staff was very cordial. They sent us pictures of the job done so that we could verify the work. Very thorough and a quick process.

Hector came out and assessed the issue by climbing on to the roof and actually seeing where the leak was. He showed me pics of the damage and placed the loose tile back in place as a temp fix. Other companies gave an estimate without seeing the problem, which makes me think I'm being overcharged or that shortcuts would be taken with materials if it was worse than expected.

DC handled the issue in about half a day and cleaned up after themselves but for a rogue water bottle left in the grass, but I'm using that for some plants in the backyard.

Customer service is also good, and they take Zelle which is very convenient for me.

We were having some issues with our solar equipment not reporting to our website. Garrett came out and after doing some trouble shooting, was able to reset our router in another location and it is now reporting very well. Good response, very professional and respectful. We needed our home re-roofed in May during the height of the building frenzy in So Cal. We booked 5 ""walk-throughs"" with other roofers, who either didn't show up or who quoted rather high.

Taylor at Dutchmen was very responsive and provided a quote soon after meeting at the worksite. They took care of submitting the required docs for the permit and scheduled the inspector. They were very communicative and performed excellent work.
