Long story short they screwed up everything with my roof and caused big leaks and never came to fix it. There were nails all over my yard, they were sloppy with the tar and smeared it all over my roof. I have water damage and he never came back to clear the permits that were declined for bad work. Someone needs to call the news because these guys are screwing people over.

I hired Durbin to replace a flashing on our skylight. Durbin was one of three quotes we got. They were the lowest, and we hired them. They did an excellent job. They came on schedule, worked diligently, and cleaned up perfectly. It is sometimes hard to find a service company to come out for the smaller jobs, especially a company who doesn't give a surcharge for a small job. Thank goodness for Durbin. They treated our job with the same respect they would treat a large job. And their price was very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again.

Durbin roofing does not stand by their product. I have reached out multiple times to the owner about a leak on a two year old roof. My first email was on July 31st and I have been getting the run around ever since. Maybe after reading this they will do right by their customer. He stated it might be a faulty shingle. If that is the case then at least come take a look at the issue (which was promised but never happened). If you are looking for quality customer service and a company that cares about their product, search elsewhere.
