Darryn was really great to work with and his crew did an excellent job on our new roof and were priced fairly as well. Darryn explained all expectations before and during installation and keep us updated on everything along the way. They completed the full old roof teardown including multiple old layers of underlayment from the previous roof installs that were installed incorrectly. Darryn went above and beyond and had a custom chimney chase cover made to fix our old one as well as had his crew install a solar vent fan, extra bath vent fan exit and did nice booting covers over all the old pipes/vents. They also added a nice ridge venting setup to help with the Texas heat in the attic. They did a good job of cleaning everything up as well which was important to us since we have little kiddos and were concerned about nails and debris being left over.

If I needed another roof on a different home I would easily pick Duration again!

Highly recommend Darryn and his team at Duration Roofing! He was quick to respond to our initial inquiry and gave us detailed options for repairs and optional upgrades after inspecting the roof. We never felt pressured or out of the loop, and Darryn was on-site the day of completion to walk us through the work that had been done and answer all of our questions. In the midst of inventory shortages and all the craziness that followed our area's Spring hail storms, Darryn and his team ensured we had an excellent experience from start to finish.

Darryn is great. He assessed the damage from the ice storm and pointed out that the entire roof needed to be replaced from hail damage. This was opposed to the insurance adjuster that just wanted to repair a specific part. With Darryn's help, we were able to get the whole roof replaced. His team did a great job!

We recently needed to have our entire roof replaced due to hail damage. I met with several companies to receive quotes and decided to go with Duration. I found that most companies were comparable in what they offered so, it came down to communication and responsiveness for me. The owner, Darryn, was our contact person throughout the whole project and walked us through each stage personally. On the day our old shingles were being removed, he went and talked to all our neighbors assuring them that any debris that fell into their area would be taken care of. I thought this was a great personal touch. The job was completed in a professional manner and in the time that it was promised. I am most pleased with the quality and service that was received from Duration Roofing.

Tip: make sure the roofing company is willing to remove all the felt and inspect the roof at the base level. This also made Duration stand out as several companies proposed to just lay new felt over the old.

I called Duration Roofing to get repairs done on my dads house because he was getting ready to sell it. I made an appointment and fully expected them to be late, as what seems normal for people in home repair. My dad and I were happy when they showed up on time, wore a shirt with their company name and very friendly. A inspection showed that we did some repairs. We were shown with pictures and diagrams and given a quote on the spot. We made an appointment for the repairs to be done within the next few days. Again, they were on time, completed their repairs and didn't leave a mess. When the home sold, the new buyers obtained a full property inspection and the roof passed with flying colors. I recommend Duration Roofing and I'd call them again when needed.
